Great location, and spacious for 2 people.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

What a gem this place is! The view is stunning, and you could not be closer to the beach and grocery story (3 min and 1 min walk, respectively). The pool is great, and you also enjoy the view of the bay while lounging there. We stayed with our 2 kids, including our 1 year old, so having the pack-and-play and high chair was very helpful. The closet is stocked with all that you need for the beach, including sand toys, a beach wagon and chairs. We look forward to coming back soon!

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

This was our second time staying at Carlos’s apartment, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. Carlos is a genuinely kind and attentive host who clearly puts a lot of care into every detail—nothing goes unnoticed. From the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, it’s clear he’s focused on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The apartment itself is spotless, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. We especially appreciated the comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the peaceful, well-maintained surroundings. It's the kind of place where you feel at home the moment you walk in. Carlos is always responsive and respectful, striking the perfect balance between being available and giving guests their privacy. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future. Highly recommended.

Great property and location. Felt very private and cozy. Lovely view of the waterway from the screened in balcony. Peaceful. Only regret was that we were only there 1 night!

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I booked this place for a few of my colleagues who are in the area for work, and they all noted that this place provided the quality and comfort that they were needing after long work days. Jesus was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

The house is beautiful and modern. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and great room. Nicely decorated, and plenty of natural light. The screened in porch looking over the water and right off the great room was where we spent every morning with our coffee. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Large towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. The real gem is the pool/ hot tub area. We stayed six weeks and had most of our grandchildren- nieces and nephews stayed with us for a week at a time. They never left the pool, and their parents never left the hot tub. Both of them had digital controls that we controlled- a real plus. There was nice lounging areas that showed signs of hurricane damage but it was minimal and expected. The next greatest thing we witnessed was an extremely responsive host. Keriann was the best host we have ever encountered. Something missing had it that day, something broke it got fixed within two days and she listened to what we thought would make it better.

We enjoyed our stay. Even saw some dolphins off the dock. Place was as described and very clean.

The house is very convenient to the beach and to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the main street to be very peaceful. Also, the kitchen and dining areas are large, so there is no problem having dinner "at home" for the family, if you want a break from eating out. Checking in was very easy, there are TVs in each bedroom, and the appliances, including washer and dryer all worked well.

Beautiful, well maintained and stocked property(toilet paper, trash bags etc)!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool! The beds were comfy home was clean and comfortable! Didn’t hear a complaint from anyone! We loved that the home was located walking distance to restaurants!

We loved our stay here for our family of 5 with young children. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the manatees. Great sunsets! It’s a quiet community with 2 pools. The one by Hooks restaurant was warm and the kids loved it. The food at both restaurants was excellent. Nice beach with a private area you can rent umbrellas and chairs. There were 2 chairs, pool noodles and beach towels at the house as well. We enjoyed our outing to the sea turtle hospital. We prefer to walk so the distance to the pools/beach/restaurants was not an issue - worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues, you may want to consider driving. This is a 3 story condo with the 1st floor a garage(owner access only) and car port(for guest); 2nd floor living, 2 decks, kitchen, bath, laundry; 3rd floor 2 bdrms, 2 decks, 2 baths. If you have small kids you will want to bring a gate for the stairs and put the breakable beach decor up high. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

We had a really nice stay! Alyson was SUPER responsive and attentive. Very accommodating and helpful. Our stay was only 2 nights but felt right at home. The home was clean and well stocked. My family and fur baby enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! David's listing was in a great location, very close to Anna Maria Island. The views are as the picture shows, and there is plenty to do in the area. The bikes provided were a bonus to explore the at least two nearby preserves and hiking trails. There are nearby public beaches, one is on the other side of the island and can possibly be biked to and the others are right over the bridge into the island. I appreciated David's responsiveness when I had questions. He was helpful and wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony & patio. We visited Tarpon Springs and attended the RV show at the State Fairgrounds in Tampa and had very little trouble navigating around. We also walked across the parking lot to Doc Ford’s and enjoyed a nice dinner there. We would stay here again.

I was impressed as soon as I opened the door to Alison’s unit at Boca Ciega Resort. The studio condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and updated throughout. The view from the condo was outstanding, overlooking the stunning Boca Ciega Bay. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Alison responded promptly when I encountered a minor issue entering the unit. I highly recommend Alison's place and will definitely return.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!
