What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Williams place at lido key was perfect for my 7 night beach vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach but also had a pool. It was a very peaceful stay. William responded within a reasonable time every time I needed to reach out. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a week stay. Close to restaurants and shops as well. Overall a beautiful place to stay if you need a peaceful beach vacation! Will be back for sure!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike and Wendy’s! The location is amazing, the private dock is a nice perk that we utilized every day for fishing, and the unit itself is very clean, stylish, and well maintained. We would recommend to our family/friends and would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for our golf trip. Each of us have own bedrooms.

We had an amazing stay! We had a family of 8 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor table also has a fire pit which was perfect at night. There were lots of amenities provided. There’s plenty of beach supplies/ extra towels. The house was filled with lots of stuff we didn’t have to pack, because it was already there. The beach is super close, about 10 minutes away, which was a bonus. Ashley has been wonderful! She’s super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We have a great vacation! We couldn’t recommend this place more! The perfect family vacation home.

Beautiful and spotless home in a peaceful neighborhood. The location is great with many restaurants and stores around and only a 15 min drive to the beach. The pool was my family’s favorite! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we really enjoyed our stay. We were 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It was super close to stores. The one issue I had were the sugar ants in the kitchen. I could not leave any food on the counters at all. I am from Florida so I understand the bugs but it can be inconvenient for longer stays. But other than that our stay was great and we would stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

My family of 7 stay at ShellYeah in June 2025. We had a fantastic time. Kitchen was great with plenty of space to work in. Backyard and pool were very nice. Plenty of space to relax in the living room or on the back covered patio. Having the beach chairs, wagon and toys at the home was a big plus to us. Will stay again with Rich and Amanda.

Dayana’s place was a terrific place to stay! She was very helpful and was always ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend her and her property to anyone! Very beautiful area, would love to come back.

We were very comfortable with the neighborhood. Small amenities- like basic spices and sugar were available in the kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine all worked well. It was a beautiful little beach house and Brenda was very responsive throughout our booking and stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

David's met us at check in and was very accommodating and even helped us with our bags. The condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the sound. Very quite complex even over the holiday weekend. Easy walk to hotel bar and tiki restaurant. Nearby Anna Maria and Bradenton was a quick drive.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Heidi is a generous, gracious host. From sending us helpful lists with restaurants and attractions to being available and responsive, she took care of us. We loved the location - beautiful quiet beach and the ocean just steps away. The pool below the palm trees. Great restaurants nearby. We loved our stay.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, very convenient to get to the beach or pick up some groceries. right in the middle of the island to travel up and down the main roads. We enjoyed the cozy living room and private patio. Highly recommend for a beach vacation in AMI!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very well-equipped with everything—and more—that our family needed for a perfect beach vacation. We absolutely loved the location, especially being able to walk barefoot from the house straight onto the beautiful sands of Siesta Key Beach. It made everything so easy and relaxing.
