Holiday rentals with a kayak in Manatee County

Great place to stay, great hosts!

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

We had a wonderful experience! The bay was beautiful and we got to see manatees! Highly recommended!

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

Just stayed in the home last week with my husband and 2 boys. We couldn’t have picked a better home to suit our family. Everything was as described in listing, we come from the country side of Pennsylvania and this place just felt so homey to us. The host was absolutely amazing leading up to our check in day and check out. We drove and got there earlier than expected and after spending the whole day at the beach we were exhausted and I decided to reach out to see if early check in could come available. And she was great with keeping in contact and we were able to get into the home an hour early. I definitely have this home saved for my next visit to Florida

My family and I absolutely loved our experience!! The hosts were attentive and quick to respond with clear instructions. House was cleaned and amply stocked with everything you need for a family of five. The pool was amazing and we definitely saved some money by having a fully functioning kitchen and grill for dinner and lunch. Very close to the beach. Two scoops ice cream is amazing with quick service as it is very busy and the general store was only a quick drive to get anything else we needed or forgot to pack. Bean Point beach is where you want to be if you don’t like overcrowded beaches, however, parking is limited so I recommend getting there early!! Also recommend renting a golf cart for extended stays and if you have kids like I did. Plenty of options around the island. I would recommend 100% and we definitely will be back!!

Took my daughter to the island after coming many times for a day trip to stay for her birthday weekend, boy did she enjoy sleeping in the top master room every night watching the sun come down and the morning seeing the ocean from the bedside. It was truly something we’ll never forget. This is a property kid friendly and washer and dryer help out so my much because there right in the main living room area don’t have to go up and down to do laundry which is a great perk. Loved it here would recommend 10/10

I was so impressed with how immaculate the house was, everything was so clean and provided plenty of dishes, towels, beach towels, and a shed full of beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards and tons more! Location was perfect! Took about 25 minutes to get to Bradenton beach and not much longer to get to Siesta Key. Our flight was delayed and landed around 1:30AM so the keypad check-in was great. The neighborhood was great! Publix and Dollar Tree about a block away, and a gas station in walking distance or use the bicycles provided in the shed. The screened in porch with the grill was beautiful. Had great water pressure, only downside was the beds. they are the memory foam beds so wasn't the most comfortable but was doable. Will definitely stay again, felt so amazing to stay somewhere so clean and feel like a home still. Thanks Dana and Mark! You were great for our week stay!

Location is great, less than 2 minute, very easy walk, to the beach. Quiet street and properties on either side were not disturbing. There is no grass, so if you bring your furbaby, there are walkable areas to let them do their business. The house itself was very clean and not cluttered. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a great washer/dryer combo. There is no screen for the pool, but a quick daily skimming was sufficient. The pool was clean....no algae. There's a beach cart, chairs, floats, beach towels, etc there, so no need to bring your own. The house is older and in the afternoons it gets very warm (78-80) despite keeping blinds closed and setting ac at 74. We were there in the middle of August and we live in the South so are used to the heat so it wasn't that big of a deal for us. There was a box fan that we used.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

John did all he could to make our stay wonderful in his absence. He has a great caretaker who hosted us since John was on vacation, was willing to help us with kayak rentals since he wasn’t there for us to use his, had the nice bicycles ready to ride. Sorry we didn’t get to meet him and Carmen in person; they seem as wonderful as their caretaker! Had pastries and delicious bottle of wine for myself and a treat for my husband, who is not a wine drinker. Caretaker met us and gave us an orientation as soon as we arrived. Was available for anything we needed throughout our visit and had lots of connections and ideas for outings. Grateful for laundry, beach chairs, cooler, comfy bed, recliners, lanai, and all the help and generosity offered during our weeklong stay!

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

Great place. Clean and quiet and perfect for what I needed. Had a back patio and grill, and spacious living room. It was a bit difficult to find the exact cottage. Location was perfect. Barb is responsive and kind. Bring quarters for the laundry in case you need to do laundry in the on-site laundry room, as the app didn't work. I would definitely stay again.
