Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Küche ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kochfeld , Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher , Spülmaschine. Kaffee+Tee + Grundausstattung gratis vorhanden. 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Ruhige klimatisierte Gästewohnung in unserem Haus am Horbachpark in sehr ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt ist nur 300m entfernt, der Stadtbahnhof Ettlingen und Supermarkt 250m, A5 4Km. Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung.
