Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Malmedy

Beautiful location with breathtaking views! Wonderful hideaway in the Ardennes, super quiet area but enough to do in the area. Unfortunately, we had less luck with the weather, but the fireplace and games were a perfect alternative.

What a beautiful space this is! Fine furniture, lots of windows so wonderfully sunny. Small garden/terrace at the back where you can enjoy the sun very nicely. In a few minutes you walk into the forest which stretches enormously, you can walk for hours; wonderful! You do need a car to get supplies or eat out. Jan's tips are very nice!

We had a great time! The host is very kind and the house is even better then the pictures show! I recommend!

Beautiful cottage. In the heart of the Ardennes. The cottage has a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room/conservatory. The pallet stove was wonderful and atmospheric. Beautiful walk-in shower. Lovely garden. Beautiful hiking area nearby. The town of Vielsalm has everything you need in terms of catering and shopping. Parking is on private property. Véro responded quickly and helped us well.

From the moment you drive through the gate, you will be surprised. What a beautiful location and what a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, everything is as described in the advertisement. It exceeded our expectations. Everything is sparkling clean, cozy, and a nice welcome at the bar. There is a very thick folder with excursions in the area and up to a radius of 100 km outside. There are hiking maps and hiking routes ready. You won't be bored for a day if you browse through this folder. For the internet lovers. The WiFi is great, never falters and is fast, even with three users at the same time. Is there anything that is not right??? No, everything is correct, and is as it is presented and so it should be. We enjoyed it here from the first minute to the last. Christian is a great host as well as his wife. Both do everything to make you feel at home and give you a relaxing holiday. Simply a top location with the most stars.

Stephane is a wonderful host. He and his family greeted us personally. His accommodation is beautifully furnished, you feel right at home. Everything is painstakingly handcrafted and built. We were allowed to check in earlier and his kitchen offers everything for cozy cooking. The whole is perfectly rounded off with the great fireplace that immerses the living and dining area in a beautiful atmosphere. I recommend Stephane's accommodation with the best of consciences! :)

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We had a lovely stay at Katrin's. A lot of information about the beautiful surroundings and very nice that we were allowed to place the road bikes in the garage. Definitely worth it!

The apartment is as in the pictures and in the description. Very well-equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher. The terrace and the garden with its many small corners for sitting and lying are fantastic. You can easily get to Aachen or Monschau by bus. Directly opposite the apartment is a delicious Austrian. The communication with Petra was very good and fast. We can only recommend the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable during the week. We'd love to come back

Really enjoy my stay on the aparrment. I really love how everything is very topical. A lot of attention to the details, love that. The coffee that was left on the place was super good coffee.

We stayed with four friends for a weekend in this great accommodation. Everything was there, even many extras! The communication was extremely smooth and friendly! Absolutely recommended.

If you really want to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature to the fullest, far away from the "hustle and bustle" of everyday life, then Melanie & Hermann are the right place for you! Cosiness, a beautiful garden right next to the forest and the hospitality, also towards our dog, have given us some relaxing days. We also got to know all the animals that are housed there and were also provided with extensive knowledge about Weid & Wald🙏. It was a huge joy for us.

Clear communication from Antoine, beautiful surroundings, nice that there was a mini shop in the kitchen at the castle with ice cream :) We could also use glasses and plates/cutlery. Great that a mosquito net was provided above the bed! Breakfast is tasty but rather limited for big eaters. There is a river not far from the tent, so earplugs are useful for light sleepers. It rained very hard at night but the tent remained perfectly dry. We loved our stay!

Very good time for two and very peaceful. Perfect breakfast, I recommend it!

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

We love it at the Oberprether Mühle and have recovered as well as always. The cabin is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and you have everything you need. The hosts are the favorite hosts you could ask for.

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

Top accommodation, great secluded location, superbly equipped, especially great for small groups for a great break

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.
