Overall satisfied! The place was great; clean, complete and perfect spot to have peaceful staycation. The hosts was very very accomodating. Main purpose of our stay was for me to propose to my gf. I was looking all over airbnb that can accomodate my request to have a surprise decor for my engagement proposal and I was lucky I found this listing. I'm so glad that Ms. Verlisa and Sir. Junifer accomodated my request, from the decors of the balloons, lightings, setting up the place. They are coordinating me from the beggining of preparations until the night of the actual surprise. It was so incredible and memorable for us! Thank you so much!

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the start. My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Great place, great location. The room was very spacious with complete amenities, we felt right at home. The building itself also had useful amenities and a mini park by the pool where people jog/run and a kids playground too. Mr. Florencio is very responsive, considerate and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
