This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The place is super comfortable and clean, with really good ambiance. The owner is very friendly and approachable, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Nice condo to have your stay in Manila. The building reception area was also nice, pool with warm water and sm grocery and restos just around the bldg. Would love to stay again next time.

My stay was fantastic! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was at the center of all the places I needed to go, making my trip incredibly convenient. The host was accommodating and ensured a smooth experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommended!

my family loved the place. the kids enjoyed the pool. the home was clean and bug free. we used both the indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking area which help with preparing fish. the home has a unique layout and offers enough space to not be crowded together. the home is easy to relax in. my wife is already planning to return because the location is a good starting point for day trips.

This is and an architecturally exciting living space with indoor and outdoor common areas all around. Everything is big and large, well furnished and well equipped and well-maintained. We photograph the whole place so that when we get back home we're going to see how many of these interior decor ideas we might adapt to our house. A totally amazing place in a gated community with greenery everywhere.

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

Outstanding Stay! Best Hosts Ever! I cn't say enough good things about this Airbnb experience! The hosts went above and beyond in every possible way — from their warm welcome to their quick responses whenever we had a question. It was truly some of the best hospitality I’ve ever encountered! The unit itself was spotless — cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed in. You could tell they really care about providing a comfortable and hygienic environment. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. And the amenities? Incredible! The unit was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed — from kitchen supplies to extra towels, toiletries, and even thoughtful little touches like snacks and coffee. It felt like a home away from home.

Mr. Florencio has been a gracious host and very responsive to all our querries and request. He made sure that his unit was periodically cleaned and that the sheets are replaced with fresh ones. Excellent value! Location is fantastic close to pretty much everything. Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities included. Communication was instant and never had to wait long. They were also very proactive in reaching out to me to ensure I was having a great time at their condo. Would come back here again.

Staying at the Princess Pad was an amazing experience (Massage chair MVP) - I'd like to thank Sir Sonny for his hospitality as he really made sure to communicate with us and the place was nice and clean overall.
