Condo holiday rentals in Malate

My husband says it’s his favorite little place of all the places we had stayed before. The bed is soft you don’t wanna get out of bed in the morning. It has a nice view at the balcony, the bathroom is sooooo nice and clean my husband loves it especially the kitchen all things in it…The TV is so big and it’s perfectly mounted in front of the bed which my husband always prefer in booking a place. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this place☺️

The unit is clean and in a perfect location near Robinson mall many restaurants ,coffee shops and 7/11 nearby. It’s walkable for many attractions in the area.

Ms. Lisa is a very responsive host; she will make sure that your stay will be stress-free. The room is very clean, everything you need is there already, and the bonus is very fast Wi-Fi. Great location, lots of restaurants, and very good security inside the building. I will definitely book this place again. Thank you so much Ms. Lis for accommodating my reservation.

My second time staying here. It’s a nice place and the host gives great insights and instructions. I had forgotten about a phone charger I left on my last visit and she had it sitting on the table for me when I checked. Very kind of her to go the extra mile.

The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

Great stay, highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The host, Edison, was super responsive and helpful with check-in instructions and local tips. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and public transportation. Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Good place, pretty much exactly what’s advertised. Keep in mind that if you have guests, they have to trade in their IDs for a visitor card. That was pretty annoying but more of a building policy than anything else. Great views, great HVAC system, very nice and accommodating host. Would book again

Hidden gem in Pasay. The place was squeaky clean and roach-free, which I had opposite experience with other condos (looking at you condos in Makati). The place has a modern feel with all of the amenities you would need for short to long term stay. Definitely will stay again, if I need to stay in Pasay.

stayed there for a week..i really recommend this..the host was very helpful and friendly, ang bilis mgrespond sa queries and even find time to check on us during our stay..what you see is what you get talaga..worth it sa price..maganda din ang location and unit..definitely gonna book the unit again kapag ngbakasyon ulit nf manila 😊

The place was clean. We had a very nice stay. Walkable to Robinsons mall and to a lot of restaurants.

The host was very accommodating in all questions that we had. I myself did not stay there, but my wife and her mom and occasionally her daughter stayed And according to them, everything was great clean very convenient to all places that they needed to go for their appointments on governmental and medical appointments, very close and convenient and walking distance to the mall was very convenient. So great place to stay clean and comfortable. We would stay there again on future appointments. Thank you very much to the host for doing such a good job. Salamat Art B

✅Smooth check in ✅Super clean place, no cockroaches since may harang sa crevice ng door ✅Comfortable bed ✅Spacious ❌My only problem is that it says sa listing na may basic cooking supplies like salt and oil, pero wala, and no can-opener and scissors sa kitchen so we had a hard time cooking. But good thing may market just below the place.
