Holiday rentals with a patio in Malakoff

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in taking over the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described very clean and felt comfortable for 4 people. Area was very safe and super close to the metro that takes you into central. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Corinne thank you for an outstanding stay! the home was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities! my husband loves sitting outside so the outside garden with seating area was perfect! my family loved our stay, 2 min walk to the train station made getting around Paris very convenient. restaurants and shopping mall 10 mins walk was also a great plus. we will be visiting Paris again next year and will plan to stay again at your beautiful home. thanks!

A fairly spacious place for a group of 10 people (3 families), we settled in perfectly. We highly recommend it for other people looking for a large and comfortable accommodation in Paris. To get around Paris, we walked about 500 m to the nearest metro station (Chatillon) and from there about 30 minutes to get to places like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montmartre, etc. In general, we had a good time at Yohan's house.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

Adriana was quick to communicate and also facilitated check-in time. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen a little bit small but enough for do some easy cook. The kitchen equipment was in good condition. I feel at home here.

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
