Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 to 4 children or teleworking. 10 minutes from metro line 13 or 5 minutes by tram, bedding provided and ready. Double living room, large children's room (17 m2), master suite with shower room. Well-equipped kitchen. A cat stays in the accommodation (but it is possible to take it out exceptionally). She's very sociable.

It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE.
