This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery, luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace. There is a garage for the storage of bicycles or surfing gear. There are two bicycles available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, right in the middle of the Frisian lake area.
