This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery , luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace . There is a garage for the storage of bikes or surfing equipment. There are two bikes with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

Wooncomfort ten top in één van de mooiste plaatsen van Nederland. Zuidwest Friesland. Het huis zit aan de rand van de bossen en op slechts 5 min van het IJsselmeer. Wandelen, fietsen, watersport, golfen, terrasjes of gewoon helemaal niets! Hier kan het en hier mag het! Je bent meer dan welkom om dit unieke plekje te mogen beleven!

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Equipped with solar panels, it offers sustainable comfort for families or couples seeking nature, light, and relaxation—whether for peaceful days by the water, active outdoor moments, or cozy evenings by the fireplace, all year round.

You will sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-burning hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid) week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the lovely sauna and hot tub!
