Very nice accommodation, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

We had some lovely days at his flat and Paris. Matthieu is really nice and responds fast.

The accommodation is very well located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the metro, close to an Intermarché and it is relatively easy to park in the neighborhood. Everything went very well, the accommodation is very well equipped and it was perfectly clean!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Matches the listing. We enjoyed the terrace thanks to the good weather. It takes a little concentration to get the car out of the fairly narrow car park, the rest was very good

Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room, it has a charming place, it is a courtyard surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee, I liked everything a little complicated, the shape for the keys could place a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good

Great stay at Louis'! Very comfortable small apartment, only a few meters from the RER D (very convenient). You can get to Paris in no time. Louis is also an incredible host, who puts you at ease and is there if you ever need anything. I recommend it!

Very happy with our stay!

This is a very comfortable, clean and well-appointed accommodation. It is located close to the railway station, but far enough away that the trains do not disturb you. 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants further down the street, very tasty, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery nearby - everything you need. Isabelle is a very polite and nice hostess, her apartment was very clean and beautiful. There is even a "guide" in the kitchen with advices on transport, spending time in Paris and in the area of ​​the apartment itself. The room has everything you need, in the kitchen too. We were very pleased to stay there!

Yannick’s place was very good for the price. Really quiet and safe neighborhood, as we were a little worried having heard of how Paris can be dangerous. The metro to the big locations is about 35 minutes not too bad, for most you just ride the same metro to the big locations. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is in a quiet residence. The highlights of this apartment are comfort, peaceful environment and quick access to Paris itself.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Amazing amazing amazing! Such a kind host and a wonderful living space. Even the couch was as comfortable as a bed! She was very considerate - provided a coffee bar, wifi, and even a polaroid camera for us to take photos. 100/10 would recommend. Please keep in mind that Paris and the surroundings are quite hot during the summer and there’s no air con or built in fan but she does have a fan that she offered for us to use.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They understood that we were late and made it possible. The location of the house was 5 minutes from the RER C train. With this train, we were able to reach the center of Paris in a maximum of 30-40 minutes. There were shops for all kinds of needs around it. Thanks to the private parking lot, we were able to leave our car safely and visit Paris. There was everything in the house (except TV), you will feel as if you have come to a distant house to take your luggage and rest your head. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings and listen to the silence of the neighborhood. We were able to check out on our own, comfortably. Overall, our stay was very good, thank you Arthur and Maire for everything. They were very interested. ✨🫶🏻

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to the city center. We had a very nice time.

Must say that it is very rare to have an accomodation this clean. Vincent was very friendly and everything worked out well. The area is lovely and nice to stay after busy Paris. The train is very convenient, there is a good shop near by. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Should we be back in Paris, we would stay here again.
