The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

Very nice accommodation, perfectly suitable for a group of 9 people. The installation was easy and we were even able to park the car without difficulty. Interaction with the host was smooth and enjoyable. Nothing to report, everything went very well!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Marie’s place exceeded our expectations! When we arrived, we found many provisions to get us started before we went to a grocery store. Everything is the converted pool house is first class. Clamart is located a bus and train ride out of Paris, but Marie took time to orient us so we knew where to go. It was nice to be in a nice, quiet suburb and enjoy local markets and eating places. Sushi and pizza places are a very short walk. We all enjoyed her pool each day we were there. I have stayed in Airbnbs many, many times and Marie is the warmest, best host I have ever had. She truly earns Super Host status.

A beautiful little room in a lovely neighborhood. I had a little trouble getting in on the first day because my U.S. cell phone couldn't call the host, but a neighborhood shop owner let me use her phone. Emmanuelle was very responsive and got me checked in right away. Clean, compact room. Bathroom is at the end of the hallway on the same floor. Shower is down three floors in Emmanuelle's home. Emmanuelle was very friendly, multi-lingual, quite accommodating.

The apartment is very functional and the area is very peaceful which is appreciated after long days of sightseeing in Paris

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

We recently spent 5 days here with our daughter and can only recommend the apartment! The location is great and above all very quiet. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the metro and about 20 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was super clean and the contact always helpful and friendly. Everything worked absolutely smoothly :) the special extra is of course the free parking space in the garage. So you didn't have to worry about where to leave your car. Because parking on the street is inhumanely expensive. All in all, it was the perfect short break and we would love to come back!! :)

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Highly recommend this spot as it is the perfect place to recharge after a day of sightseeing. It was conveniently located from a train station that was only 30 minutes away from Paris. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings and the direct balcony view of the Seine. The description and pictures were extremely accurate.
