The accommodation is very well located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the metro, close to an Intermarché and it is relatively easy to park in the neighborhood. Everything went very well, the accommodation is very well equipped and it was perfectly clean!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I did not eat on site at noon and in the evening I recommend

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Matches the listing. We enjoyed the terrace thanks to the good weather. It takes a little concentration to get the car out of the fairly narrow car park, the rest was very good

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Great stay at Louis'! Very comfortable small apartment, only a few meters from the RER D (very convenient). You can get to Paris in no time. Louis is also an incredible host, who puts you at ease and is there if you ever need anything. I recommend it!

Very happy with our stay!

Our time at Jean Charles was fantastic. He was very responsive prior, and throughout our stay. The apartment met our needs for the 4 nights for 3 people. We liked the neighborhood as well. The Boulangerie right in front of the RER stop, highly recommended. There is also grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The commute on the RER D pretty simple, as it's 1 stop away from Gare de Lyon. Overall we're very happy we stayed at Jean Charles's place.

Nice stay in Isabelles apartment. Clean, beautiful, big balcony. Communication was fast and fine. Isabelle was quite helpful. Make sure that you read the information carefully. It is not Paris but you are downtown within 10 min by train. Nice bakeries in the aera!

Extremely clean, functional and quiet accommodation.

Such the perfect apartment for a stay in Paris! It was well-positioned on the metro/RER and well- stocked with anything we might need. Super clean. Our favorite part was the peaceful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed each night.

Amazing amazing amazing! Such a kind host and a wonderful living space. Even the couch was as comfortable as a bed! She was very considerate - provided a coffee bar, wifi, and even a polaroid camera for us to take photos. 100/10 would recommend. Please keep in mind that Paris and the surroundings are quite hot during the summer and there’s no air con or built in fan but she does have a fan that she offered for us to use.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Great hosts, super helpful, very accommodating.. cozy apartment, safe. Neighbourhood full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Lovely balcony to enjoy your mornings and evening.. bus stop at your doorstep and Rer just a 6-7 minutes leisurely walk. Brilliant choice to stay in Paris, but not touristy at all. Once again, very kind hosts. We’ll come back again in a heartbeat.

We recently spent 5 days here with our daughter and can only recommend the apartment! The location is great and above all very quiet. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the metro and about 20 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was super clean and the contact always helpful and friendly. Everything worked absolutely smoothly :) the special extra is of course the free parking space in the garage. So you didn't have to worry about where to leave your car. Because parking on the street is inhumanely expensive. All in all, it was the perfect short break and we would love to come back!! :)

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to the city center. We had a very nice time.
