very friendly welcome by Marcello. There were already breakfast items for the next morning and Paula surprised us with a delicious homemade cake. The view from our terrace was beautiful. Very nice house with plenty of space, separate room for the washing machine. we would definitely recommend this.

The accommodation is impeccable: in an old building, completely renovated, with perfect furnishings (even paintings by famous artists!) and equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable beds for those who love to sleep on hard surfaces like us. As there are no shops or bars in the village, it was very useful to find the essentials for breakfast in the kitchen. Very quiet place, on a hill with a spectacular view. However, this location makes it essential to have a car and to drive many kilometres to visit the surroundings and also to go out for dinner (there is only one pizza restaurant)

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment is located in a picturesque village and impresses with its cleanliness, cosiness, and well-equipped kitchen. It is ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. And it is the perfect base for those who want peace and quiet, as well as for excursions to the impressive Frasassi caves and mountain villages, and for tasting the regional Verdicchio wine. We can recommend the apartment and the surrounding area wholeheartedly!
