Isi Guesthouse nasce nel 2017 con l'intento di fornire ai suoi clienti un alloggio a prezzi competitivi nella città di Jesi, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. Potete trovarci già su questo sito con altri due miniappartamenti denominati come Camera Mezzogiorno e Montirozzo.

The accommodation is part of the Agriturismo "Le Piagge" and offers opportunities for a relaxing holiday surrounded by silence, the flavours of the countryside with evocative views, in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine production area in the province of Ancona. With the clear horizon, to the east you can see the sea, to the south the Sibillini Mountains chain. It is easy to reach and allows you to move quickly to both seaside (Senigallia) and mountain locations (Frasassi Caves).

Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
