We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! Koans Kuhstall consists of the first floor of the former stables and an extension. It is part of a complex of farm buildings dating back to 1610 and is located in a small, peaceful village with direct access to hiking and cycling paths. We have tried to create a cosy and comfortable space for you - ideal for families, couples or simply someone looking for some peace and quiet. Since we live next door, we are always at hand should you need anything.

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

In our historic farmhouse in Friedrichsdorf, we have a beautiful two-room apartment with about 50 square meters for guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large bathroom with natural light with a double sink and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.

The former congregation of the original farm has been lovingly converted into a spacious attic apartment by us. The apartment, built into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 sqm apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot and a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
