The apartment fully met our expectations. It is tastefully decorated, has a well-equipped kitchen and offers a magnificent view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for working. You can tell that the apartment was previously occupied by the landlord, which gives it a personal, cozy character. The location is also excellent. A REWE market is nearby, and the bus stop right outside the door allows quick access to the city center. We especially appreciated the wooded area behind the house, perfect for hiking. Normann is a great host. He was always eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, gave helpful tips and recommended excellent restaurants. Particularly positive is that he picked us up from the train station and responded quickly, friendly and uncomplicated in the event of an incident. Overall, we can fully recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking is possible at any time in front of the house. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Positive experience. Laura was very good, always helpful and welcoming. The house was perfect, clean in all rooms and there was everything we needed for our stay. The metro is also a 3-minute walk away. I recommend it.

We had a lovely long weekend at Sabine's place. The apartment is well equipped and very clean - we lacked nothing. The surroundings offer many opportunities for hikes and excursions. We also enjoyed the quiet location and the good communication with Sabine. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few really lovely days here as a family. It’s one of those rare Airbnbs where you can instantly feel that the host has poured heart and care into every detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming - it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, well thought out, and super comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed, and there were small, thoughtful touches that made us smile. The beds were incredibly cozy - we slept like babies! And the view over the city, especially at night, was just beautiful. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and we’re especially thankful for the flexibility with a slightly later check-out - it really helped with our online meetings. Veronika was amazing - kind, attentive, and always there if we had any questions. You could feel her thoughtfulness from the first message. Thanks again for the warm welcome and such a well-prepared space!

We stayed at Lukas's place for the second time now and like last time everything was just great. Beautifully clean, everything well equipped and you just feel comfortable. I can highly recommend it.

Very nice contact. Everything went smoothly. The hot tub is awesome! :) There were plenty of towels, the host is very generous. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Cabinets light switches etc. are labeled. We found that very pleasant, as everything found very quickly.

We booked Lucas' place for our first month in German. Place is better and bigger in actual than it looks in photos. Lucas is very prompt and helpful in responding. We are happy to extend the stay.

We were received incredibly nicely. On Easter Sunday, we found a nest of chocolate chicks outside our door. The apartment is very quiet with views of the castle park, which is unfortunately not open to the public. But you can walk in 2 minutes to the picturesque medieval city center of Büdingen. We felt very comfortable - the ideal place to explore the Spessart or Wetterau from there.

Both rooms tastefully and practically furnished; single beds 120 cm wide - very comfortable; in the kitchen everything necessary is available, fridge even with freezer compartment. Bathroom spacious with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, walking distance to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

It was really a very lovingly decorated place to our taste. It was thought from the beginning what a family with two small children needed everything. We recommend it.

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

In the hottest week of the year this place was a hit for us. We fully tasted the great swimming pond. Our two boys have liked the family atmosphere so much that they want to come back next year.

The start was a bit tedious, with Melanie we had agreed an arrival time 3-4pm, as she was on vacation, a deputy was organized. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding there, the key was deposited in the key safe, but we had not received a code. On site, we waited for 2 hours without a response from the deputy / as well as Melanie . In the meantime, Airbnb support was contacted and a replacement hotel booked. Shortly before the waiting time set by the support service expired, the deputy came back and we were able to enter the apartment... PHUU... so support contacted and replacement hotel canceled. NEVERTHELESS: We now also want to write about our positives, because in addition to our miserable check IN, the apartment was in PERFECT condition. A FEEL-GOOD OASIS when entering the garden and the possibilities that can be used on the terrain are simply great! We would love to come back

It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. We were greeted with a little attention in the form of drinks and fruit, which we were very happy about. We can only recommend it. Thank you.

This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!

Lovely clean place. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes away. You don't hear any trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting with the two of them. We felt very comfortable.
