Welcome to our designer flat in Offenbach by the Main! Enjoy luxury and comfort on 2100 square feet. A spacious bathroom with whirlpool, a kitchen, a conference table and even a pool table await you. Our central location offers a quick connection to the European Central Bank (EZB) as well as short trips to the centre of Frankfurt am Main (approx. 15min) or to the Frankfurt Messe (approx. 28min). We also have car parking facilities including charging points for electric cars in the courtyard.

Tiny house – enjoy a break in a private park

Would you like to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life alone or as a couple? Enjoy nature and pamper yourself? We renovated our existing garden house. Now we invite you to a romantic arbor with shower/toilet, terrace and barbecue area. It is not visible under old deciduous trees in the separate part of our large park in the spa town of Bad Salzhausen. With two large radiators, it is also winter-proof. We are happy to arrange the use of the wellness area in the house separately.

The seminar house ''Punkt XII e.V.'' has several separate apartments, each with different characters and qualities. You can book individual rooms or entire apartments, depending on your wishes and needs. The apartment 2 with a total of 5 rooms with 11-12 sleeping facilities and 2 x bathroom. Additional Shower in the room. See pictures. Through this listing, book the use of the gastronomic kitchen seminar house (see below). Note, please keep in mind any other relevant details.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The guest house is located in the historic center of the town of Rosbach - rural but central, on the edge of the Wetterau, at the gates of the Taunus and in close proximity to Frankfurt. With loving details, you will feel welcome here: Idyllic courtyard with outdoor sauna; converted barn with jogging room. 2017-2020 (beginning of the coronavirus pandemic) I was awarded "Superhost" status by Airbnb.
