Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live close to the city centre? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest-facing terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for barbecuing. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Exceptional country house in the heart of Spessart

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.
