Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Sehr ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung: 2 Bushaltestellen und 2 Scouter-Mietwagen-Stationen in der Nähe, 10 Min mit dem Auto zur Würzburger Innenstadt (ca. 25-30 Min mit dem Bus). Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

Vacation surrounded by nature

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
