Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Madrid

Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

Quiet area and conveniently located. The apartment is cozy and there is enough natural light, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. In addition to the good treatment by Olga, friendly and attentive to everything you need. More than recommended!

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very reactive to comments for improvement, that at the hours they were implemented. The apartment is comfortable.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

Eva was very attentive at all times, both on arrival and what we might need. The accommodation is small but coqueto, it satisfies all needs, shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, kitchen instruments, oil, Vamos que no escapa any detail. And most importantly, which is the things I value the most, is cleanliness. A clean and tidy 10. We loved it, and definitely if I go back to Madrid I will repeat accommodation. Ahh and what to say, perfect location👌

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

Rafael's place is perfect in terms of space and location. Fits comfortably 4 people and it's very close to two metro stations in the center of Madrid (Lavapies and Anton Martin), making it easy to get anywhere in no time. Everything was clean and the checking in the apartment is very easy - the fact that you don't need keys (it's through an app) is definitively a plus as well.

Great location, Supermarkt aeound the Corner. The room was Clean and hast private WC/shower. The host helped with lots of information, answered questions right away, even waited for us late night at arrival. Taxi from the airport costs €24 at nicht. We definatwly recommend this place! Thank you, Patricia! We will meet again soo. :)

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb in Madrid! The house is in an excellent location—convenient and close to everything. It’s also perfect for families with kids, as it’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Gustavo was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything for a smooth stay. We will definitely come back!

We spent 5 nights in this accommodation, it was nice, parking is available right in front of the house which is in a dead end, it is a duplex, there is everything you need even a dishwasher, but unfortunately no capsule coffee maker, just a traditional coffee maker. everything else is perfect. Everything about this home was great. It is in a really nice location with lots of great restaurants, nearby and plenty of green space nearby for running walking or biking. Our host, Susanna, couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place.
