It is a large apartment that is very well decorated, ideal for large groups or families. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus an extra full bathroom. The living room is spacious and bright with two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Antón Martín metro station. Although the minimum stay is 4 nights, you can negotiate a shorter stay with other rates depending on the number of guests and the season. Ask us without any obligation. Check-in is after 3pm. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm, there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of check-in. Antón Martin is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. Its streets are full of atmosphere and authentic places to visit, as well as restaurants and bars. You can't forget the Filmoteca, the Doré cinema or the Nuevo Apolo theater. If the breach of these rules persists, you could be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund and the deposit will not be returned. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do so on the living room balconies. - KEYS: Losing keys will incur a replacement cost of €30. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF APARTMENT ITEMS: If this happens, please let us know so that we can anticipate and replace them for the next stay. If any inexpensive item is broken during normal use, such as a glass, plate, etc., we will not deduct anything from the deposit, but please let me know so I can replace it for the next guests. Any other type of loss or breakage will result in a deduction from the deposit equivalent to its replacement value.
