Great spot at a wonderful location. It is only 5 minutes away from the prado and maybe 10 from el retiro. Highly recommend staying here & I would definitely return when I come back to Madrid.

Great location and super set up for a big group

Apartment was good and in a good location. Host was very easy to communicate with and showed a lot of interest on making sure guests had a good experience. There were a couple of issues during the stay (ie WiFi stopped working + hot water topped working) however the host was very responsive and got both issues fixed right away. Would stay here again in the future.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very good stay, good apartment, well located, and good service

this apartment is in an ideal location, near enough to the center of Madrid and the Metro to conveniently get everywhere, and also in a nice plaza which had plenty of local restaurants and cages but was not too noisy or busy. the host was extremely communicative and attentive, and he was also flexible about the check-in and check-out, which helped us to leave our luggage when we arrived into town and made the whole experience very convenient. I highly recommend this home!

15 of us stayed for a hen weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The space that we had was great. The rooms were well laid out and all had their own bathrooms. The location is the best in Madrid. Everything is within a 15 min walk. Flavia was always contactable and Ramona who met us at the apartment was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend to big groups.

Perfect place for our larger group. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was great and easily walkable to local attractions.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We were a family of 12 with children and we loved the number of rooms and bathrooms the house has, apart from Maria being super attentive to our concerns and everything was resolved very quickly.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Barbara was a great host. She was responsive and attentive and her place was great. We loved our stay there.

Great host, great location.

Marco’s place was great — beautifully designed, clean, and full of natural light. The location is very central, which means it can be a bit busy and noisy at times, but it also puts you within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and people-watching spots. The layout was perfect for our family. It’s essentially a dual apartment setup, so we could spread out, and I was able to close off one side to take work calls and meetings in peace. The amenities were all modern, new, and in great working order. Marco was a fantastic host — very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend his place.

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Unique and incredible stay in a pretty central location of Madrid. Giving 5 stars due to the apartment in itself and overall decent value (if group is +6 people) Pros: - Incredible design and apartment. Fully stocked. Has some small wear and tear, but for a once in a while opportunity it is well worth it. -Good neighborhood bustling with shops and a short metro or cab ride to ' el centro' and Barrio Salamanca (reachable with 20 minute walk). Cons: - NO NOISE allowed from 10PM to 7AM. We knew there had been parties there in the past and were very conscious of this. But the one big flaw with the apartment is that it was an aesthetic remodel but not sound proof whatsoever. Meaning, you never hear the neighbors but they will hear you: even if you are inside and having drinks & casual conversation between these hours. We received complaints on two separate nights, and it was just the 5 of us having conversations.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We had a truly excellent stay at Victoria's home. We were a family group of 6 adults and 3 children, and we all feel extremely welcome. Victoria was an impeccable host – always very attentive, available, with clear, fast and effective communication. The house fully corresponds to what is presented in the listing: beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, in a calm and pleasant environment, ideal for both relaxing and enjoying family moments. The children had great fun and the adults were able to enjoy all the comfort and tranquility of the space. We strongly recommend this stay and undoubtedly we will repeat the experience if we return to the region. Thank you, Victoria!

We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Vicente is a perfect host, he does everything to make us feel good. The house is large, there were 6 of us and it was impeccable! there is everything as at home (towel, shower gel, all kitchen utensils and enough to make breakfast). The metro is 12 min walk and about 50 min from the apartment to reach the centre via the metro. you will have peace of mind when you arrive at the apartment. Super nice terrace!
