Concentra al su alrededor los principales museos de Madrid la zona ha sido recientemente declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO cobinando su oferta en arte, con la alegría de restaurantes, bares donde disfrutar de las mejores tapas de Madrid y animadas terrazas. El apartamento está en el verdadero corazón de Madrid, a escasos metros de la Plaza Mayor y de la Puerta del Sol, y a poca distancia de la Gran Vía. Cercano asimismo de la estaciòn del ave de Atocha, está rodeado de tres paradas de metro cercanas: "Sol", "Sevilla" y "Antón Martín". Conectado con el resto de Madrid con la mayoría de líneas de autobuses de la ciudad. Inmejorable localización para desplazarse a cualquier punto de la capital o al aeropuerto. El apartamento cuenta con una cama doble en el dormitorio principal una cómoda cama supletoria individual (80x2,00) en la sala de estar y, a petición de los huéspedes, una cuna-parque para niños menores de 3-4 años. En el entorno del Paseo del Prado, el barrio de las letras donde hace mas de 300 años paseaban los literatos de nuestro siglo de oro, hoy se ha convertido en uno de los principales atractivos de Madrid.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE.
