Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maddalena Island

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and they waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the moment we arrived until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I would give it 10 stars, although I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

We had a great stay again. The house has the best view ever, it’s really special located in between the rocks with a view of the ocean and La Maddalena. Great sunsets to watch and we loved the terraces. The contact was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

We recently had a 3 night stay at Manuela's lovely home. From the moment we arrived in Golfo Aranci we were blown away by how beautiful the town was. Manuela's home was absolutely spotless!!! Everything from the floors, linens and outdoor areas was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is large wardrobes to store your belongings. Off the bedroom is a sunny terrace with a laundry so we were able to do washing. The home is even better than the photos provided on the Air BNB site. The view from the apartment is stunning. We sat on the back terrace morning and night watching all the activity on the water. The home is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked to the beach and supermarket easily and Manuela provided a great folder full of information about the town and maps of where everything was. Whenever we needed to contact Manuela she responded quickly and was absolutely lovely. Our only dissapointment was we didn't stay longer!!!! We loved everything!!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Really enjoyed our stay in Bonifacio. The apartment was exactly as described on the listing and had a great location in Bonifacio. We especially enjoyed sitting at the Juliet balcony watching the various comings and goings in the marina.

The check-in/check-out was very straightforward. The hosts very nice and helpful. The terrace was definitely my favorite part of the apartment! And maybe also the rain shower in the bathroom ;-) You just have to be lucky with the neighbours around, so that it is quiet, but the hosts can't do anything about that. In any case, it was a great stay in a great location - I would definitely book this accommodation again. Grazie mille!

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

Nice accommodation and friendly welcome. Completely matches the photos and description. Francesco lives below the apartment and is very responsive. The location is also great, a little high with a beautiful view from the terrace. I recommend it :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

We had a great time, Francesco and his wife were always available for everything, even before our arrival they worked to get us all the info on the visits with the guides. The house is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the centre, very clean and with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay, close to all amenities (port, shops, restaurants, etc.). Mario was a perfect host, very responsive, and provided us with very detailed instructions before our arrival! Parking nearby is a real plus, in short a very good base to explore the beautiful islands of La Maddalena :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is excellent — close to all the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host IRENE was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our visit. They made sure we felt welcome and were quick to help with any questions or requests. We have only wonderful things to say about Giovanna and her accommodation. She greeted us at check-in and gave us so many wonderful tips on restaurants, tours and beaches. We took her advice and were never disappointed. The apartment was bright and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Little touches like water in the fridge on arrival make all the difference when travelling. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Costa Smeralda, which many delicious restaurants in easy walking distance and many more, plus insanely beautiful beaches only a short drive. We can't wait to come back to Giovanna's place and glorious Sardinia 🙌🏻

This home is fantastic and I would rather stay a full week than 3 days. Location is what you want, very close to the centre of Palau with restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, supermarkets and the port for boat tours around. Free parking just a minute away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable - ideal for a couple. Kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking as well. The best feature is the spacious and traditional bedroom and of course the beautiful backyard. Antonello was very friendly with accurate recommendations and responsive to the minute for any queries -he even left us moka coffee and Italian buiscuits as a welcome gift. Check in and out fast and efficient with total autonomy as it should be. One of the best bnbs I have ever stayed, I totally recommend it. Sardegna is beautiful and a stop for a few days in Palau in Antonello's place would be a great choice if you are looking for something more chill but also efficient for exploring around. Grazie mille!
