Condo holiday rentals in Maddalena Island

Tomasina welcomed us very warmly. We were allowed to check in a little earlier. She always responded quickly to my messages and gave us valuable tips. All around superbly supplied. The apartment is really very nice and well located. We will be happy to come back! We highly recommend Tomasina and Franco's apartment. Love, great hosts. Thanks!!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped and tastefully done. Comfortable bedding. Irene was very responsive in communications. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk to the city center. There is free public parking nearby where there was space when we were there. Street in front of the apartment sometimes a little noisy with open windows but good insulation with closed windows

Oh, previous review was for another house ... Now the right one: The apartment is completely ok with private parking 5m from the house. The location is perfect (150m to the center) and very quiet during our vacation time. The large "Ahhhhh" comes on the private rooftop terrace. The view is great and we enjoyed some bottles of Sardinian red wine there. Overall clear recommendation ! Karin&Robert

Great solution with a spectacular sunset view from the terrace. Great beach location 10 minutes away by car but worth it, very quiet and well ventilated area. From here you are 1 hour from Stintino/Alghero and 1.30 hours from Olbia, Costa Smeralda. I have to say that we had a great time

Our stay was excellent. The place was VERY clean, well-equipped and in a good location with easy parking. Simona was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water due to torrential rain and the next day it was solved. We recommend this property and would definitely come back.

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Frank's place is unbeatable. He was super attentive to write to us to coordinate the arrival. We were welcomed by her dad Mario (with whom I had excellent communication) and Reina, who gave us all the directions and were extremely friendly at all times. We had everything we needed and more (even slippers!!!). It was a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket that had everything, just a two block walk away. We were arriving by car everywhere super fast. Also, having private parking was a plus. A stay that we would repeat without hesitation to enjoy that beautiful city and its magnificent beaches again.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location with lots of beaches, coves and rocks to explore within walking distance. Short drive to Palau and ferries to the Maddalena archipelago. Host was very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some brilliant spots to visit. A wonderful holiday with our 3 young children.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Apartment in a strategic position in Porto Rotondo, within a quiet residential complex with characteristic architecture, equipped with a pool. Supermarket and beach 5 minutes by foot. Village center is a 10-minute walk. The apartment exactly matches the description and offers a pleasant outdoor space to have lunch.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We enjoyed it very much.

Great apartment in a quiet district next to Badesi. Car is important. The view from the balcony with sunset is fantastic. There are some steps leading up to the apartment. You should be good on foot. Very nice decor. Unfortunately, pots and pans were not clean, but other than that, the dishes are sufficiently available. The pool is small but nice. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Daniel's place. Check-in was flexible as the key was stored in a key box. The area is quiet and you have a beautiful view. We were only traveling by car, which is why we didn't mind that the place was rather outside. Unfortunately, the small bedroom has no air conditioning, but it was still fine.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.
