Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Maddalena archipelago

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Nous devions passer 2 nuits chez Rosaria mais au final nous en avons passé 4 tellement nous y étions bien Nous avons pu prendre le logement en avance le papa de Rosaria nous a accueilli, il est très gentil et très discret et très à l’écoute . Nous n’avons pas vu Rosaria car elle était à Milan mais nos échanges ont été exceptionnellement amicaux C’est une hôte incroyable, toujours à l’écoute et pleine de bons conseils L’appartement est charmant , d’une propreté irréprochable Très bien placé avec un supermarché juste en face et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre et de sa magnifique plage Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette étape en Sardaigne Un des meilleurs RBnb de l’île Rapport qualité prix excellent Je recommande vivement Rosaria et son papa sont des hôtes exceptionnels 5 étoiles et plus

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nuestra estadía fue increíble. La casa está completamente equipada y todo muy prolijo. Sara fue muy amorosa y atenta. La pasamos increible, esperamos poder volver.

Casa carinissima, moderna e attrezzata di tutto. Molto pulita, perfetta per due persone, c’è anche un piccolo patio esterno per mangiare fuori. Ottima posizione al centro del paese, Mariangela molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Isabelle. L’appartement est idéalement situé, j’ai adoré le style de l’appartement, il est encore plus mignon que sur les photos. Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et nous avons très bien dormi dans le lit très confortable. L’appartement est très propre et l’arrivée claire graces aux instructions d’Isabelle qui a toujours été très disponible pour nous. Merci !

Super séjour dans le logement de Maria, qui est d’ailleurs une hôte très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande ce logement si vous recherchez un endroit tranquille à la campagne pour vous reposer.

La casa de Sole es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable cuando llegamos y fue lindo encontrar agua y algunas cosas dulces que nos recibieron luego del largo viaje, La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer costa esmeralda en auto y playas hermosas y de fácil acceso están muy cerca, Tiendas de todo tipo están a 3 minutos en coche Todo estaba impecable! Gracias por recibirnos!

Esperienza rigenerante: Ho trovato questo alloggio su Airbnb, e ne ho approfittato subito per bloccarlo per una settimana. La posizione strategica, a due passi da Palau, lo rende perfetto per girare tantissime spiagge, godendo comunque della tranquillità della zona, essendo a pochi kilometri dal paese. Inoltre all'interno abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, in un appartamento comodissimo per una famiglia con bambino di due anni e mezzo, ma anche per più persone. Lo spazio esterno è perfetto per un bel BBQ, per prendere il sole, o semplicemente per una passeggiata tra la vegetazione tipica della Sardegna. La signora Lucia si è sempre mostrata disponibile e cortese nel darci consigli e nel soddisfare ogni possibile nostra richiesta, ma richieste non ne abbiamo avute perché è stato come sentirsi a casa. Speriamo vivamente di tornarci presto, perché ne è valsa davvero la pena!

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!! Rita & Franco waren sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns gut mit Informationen über die Gegend & Gepflogenheiten informiert. Sie haben sich immer mal wieder gemeldet und gefragt ob bei uns alles passt & ob wir bei irgendetwas Unterstützung brauchen. Einfach unglaublich liebe Menschen!! Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal kommen!! Le logement de Mirella offre une vue imprenable et magnifique sur la baie d Olbia . Nous se sommes restés qu une nuit mais nous avons pu apprécié la propreté et la mise à disposition les équipements de ce logement. Vous serez accueilli chaleureusement par Mirella une hôte disponible,d une grande gentillesse et qui aime faire plaisir à ses voyageurs...une surprise gourmande nous attendait...nous pouvons que recommander ce logement ..merci Mirella.

Ein Traum von Häuschen in einer wild-romantischen Gegend der Insel. Laura und Max haben uns herzlich empfangen, das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, es ist schön abseits im grünen Hinterland gelegen und doch nah an zu dieser Jahreszeit komplett leeren, traumhaften Stränden und Örtchen. Für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Die vier kleinen Hunde sind so unfassbar süß, dass es schwer gefallen ist wieder abzureisen und ihnen tschüß zu sagen. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend waren sie uns eine lustige und fröhliche Gesellschaft. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Wunderschöne Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Man merkt nicht das man das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreicht. Da das weitläufige Gelände Eingezäunt ist , war es für uns und unsere zwei Bordies optimal. Von hier aus kann man eigentlich alles machen worauf man gerade Lust hat. Entweder an der zu Fuß erreichbaren Steilküste entlang wandern ja sogar die Altstadt von Bonifatius ist zu Fuß erreichbar, oder an einen der vielen Strände das Meer genießen, oder einfach auf der Terrasse in den Liegestühlen die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Esperienza positiva con Rosa, l’appartamento è in posizione centrale comodo a tutto. Meriterebbe una ammodernata ma è comunque confortevole e funzionale. L’host Rosa è sempre stata disponibile e la comunicazione è stata ottima.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

I had a great stay at this apartment in La Maddalena! The location is super convenient: there are a pizzeria, a fruit and vegetable shop, and a supermarket right next door, and the town center is just a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-lit even at night, with the added bonus of private parking in the courtyard and communal bins for waste disposal. It’s also perfectly located to explore the beaches of both La Maddalena and Caprera, which are about a 15-minute drive away. The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump, three comfortable terraces, and from some windows, you can even enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Highly recommended!

we had a great 5 days at this lovely property, and Andrea was super responsive, and proactively . he helped when the mains water to the whole area as cut. he managed to get a tanker of water in, with in a few hrs so the effect was nullified. he always responded to questions about the area giving advise where to eat , etc. clean, and crispy property. a little of the main road so I would advise a car would be preferable. very recommendable

Siamo stati ospiti di Agostino in quattro ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto bello, comodo e sufficientemente spazioso per quattro persone. Il vero punto forte è senza dubbio il terrazzo, che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia: davvero spettacolare. Agostino si è dimostrato fin da subito gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente!
