Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

Bea was super helpful and friendly. Great English. Had some excellent suggestions and we were made to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is sublime and we spent many hours watching the cliffs and the sea, with views out to Sardinia.

Great place at Valeria's. It was located in a quiet place and not fat away from the beach! The place is well equipped and lots to do around. Recommend!

The apartment was very beautiful with sea view, spacious and clean, we spent a few quiet days.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Fortunately, Jessica rented us the place at very short notice and allowed a check-in less than 10 minutes later and saved our day! We got an introduction and a lot of tips from her. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is so beautifully and warmly furnished that we really felt “Like @ Home.” The bathrooms are great, there are plenty of towels, even extra ones for the pool and beach. The kitchen is very well equipped! And there was nothing missing. The living room is so cozy! We had an all-around lovely stay and would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately our flight left after 2 days. In summer, the outdoor area with the pools is certainly fantastic. The water was a bit cold now, but the children didn't mind. We recommend the place 100% and hope to return to beautiful Palau☺️

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

Myself, my wife and our 2 daughters (13 & 5) had a great week here. Hiring a car made getting to Palau easy enough and the property was exactly as we expected it. Quite close to the ferry dock so a little bit of traffic and noise but nothing to be concerned about, the main plus and the reason we chose this property was that all the bars and restaurants Palau had to offer were within easy walking distance. This meant we could be out and about seeing the sights and beautiful beaches of Sardinia in the day and relax at night without having to drive. Sylvia and Francesco (El Capitan) were great hosts and arranged a day trip on their boat for us on one of the days. I think others have put it on their reviews and I would confirm that this is definitely a highlight of the holiday for us. Getting on the ocean and seeing the beautiful islands and swimming in the sea was incredible, and so much nicer than being on a large commercial boat. Overall, great holiday, great location & great hosts

Everything was great. The view of the Maddalena Archipelago from the two terraces to Corsica is beautiful. The house is easily accessible, you can easily walk to Palau. You will find everything there, every hour a ferry to La Maddalena, be sure to visit. The amenities are more than sufficient. We explored Sardinia from all over the north. The small house beach is barely 100m away and really nice. You can walk there very nicely. Maria Luisa always kept in touch and was immediately available if needed. Irene, who takes care of the property, has also embellished our stay with valuable tips. We really enjoyed our 15 days here and have no concerns about coming back here. Thanks for everything, Marisa! We felt very comfortable in Matteo's beautiful house. We were there with two families, had separate areas. The terrace is great! It had everything, we didn't miss anything. The house is in a private, guarded park. The park includes beautiful small beaches with impressive rocks. A small shop for everyday needs is also located in the park. To go out to eat or to shop bigger, you have to be mobile. There is no place within walking distance. Matteo was always available to answer any questions we might have via cell phone. He has made a great effort for our well-being and is very friendly. We are happy to recommend staying at his house!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Mega great apartment. Loved it. Very nice furnishings. Located right on the beach. We have canceled our next listing and extended the stay. We called it Peter Pan house. I highly recommend the place. The only criticisms are: no wifi, a lot of private items from the host on site, and a non-transparent pricing policy. There is no charge as with other Airbnb's per apartment, but per guest. Otherwise, the apartment is awesome!

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.

Beautiful apartment in a great location Always cool apartment with the possibility of using air conditioning (it remains cool, however, even without) a very comfortable parking space that is essential for Porto Rotondo. The apartment is in one of the quietest areas of Porto Rotondo and is very close to both the center of the village and Ira beach (definitely the most beautiful in Porto Rotondo). Great veranda for lunch and dinner in peace. Elena was very helpful, very kind and always punctual in her communications ... highly recommended
