Beachfront holiday rental in Maddalena archipelago

Read the good reviews, it says it all - and it's actually true: the tower is exceptional and something for people who are looking for something special. The furnishings are tasteful and well adapted to the tower. It is a wonderful old building where some paint trickles from the wall - this happens at a historic building and belongs to its very own, great character. We really enjoyed it there, especially the view from the tower platform. Where else you can see the sun rising in the sea from the house - and sink into the sea again. She does this especially nicely with a glass of Vermentino frizzante. Raise the glass on this great tower!

We had a wonderful time. The host is very accommodating and helpful. The outdoor area with veranda, planting, lawn and barbecue area is beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm hostess. Even though she didn't speak English, you could communicate with her well. At check-in, her friend Laura greeted us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. There is a supermarket nearby. What could possibly be modernised is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment flap had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent location that is extremely walkable to gelato, aperitivo, restaurants as well as grocery stores.

We stayed with Luigi for 4 days! The place is great and as expected from us. Alessandro was immediately on hand to solve a tiny problem. Recommended in all respects! We felt like at home!

The location of the apartment is unbeatable: 2 minutes walk away from the beautiful beach, dream view over the bay, by car you are quickly at other beautiful beaches and towns. Furnishings practical, enough blankets and pillows available, little things were missing in the kitchen other than in the announcement , but nothing dramatic. Raffaele looked after us on site and communication was straightforward. At night it was wonderfully quiet, we recovered very well. For two people, the apartment is ideal and the terrace is a spacious additional living space, which we have used well for yoga, dancing and lazyness. 2 additional loungers would be great. Fantastic that there were mosquito screens in front of all windows and the large shower in the bathroom gets an extra note!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Christiano’s place, perfect spot as a base for some cycling, the apartment had everything we needed and a great sunset view. Christiano was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thanks 🙏🏻

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, a bottle of chilled water was waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Very nice accommodation with Sardinian decoration, matches the photos well. There is air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is not necessarily a parking space in front of the door but in the surrounding streets

Our host was very warm and welcoming, highly communicative, and had great recommendations about what to do. The best part was enjoying a glass of wine and eating dinner on the patio overlooking the sea and nearby islands. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting La Maddalena.

Well located, definitely would go back. Beautiful place to stay for a few nights.

Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony, a great way to start every day!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay in this warm cottage where you immediately feel at home! Comfort, quiet, beautiful view to recharge. There are all the amenities within the accommodation both inside and outside. Very good location to quickly reach beautiful coves as well as the island of La Maddalena. We would do this accommodation again with our eyes closed!
