Beachfront holiday rental in Maddalena archipelago

Lest die guten Bewertungen, da steht schon alles drin - und es stimmt tatsächlich: Der Turm ist außergewöhnlich und etwas für Menschen, die das Besondere suchen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und dem Turm gut angepasst. Es ist ein wunderbares altes Gebäude, bei dem auch mal etwas Farbe von der Wand rieselt - das passiert nun mal bei einem historischen Gebäude und gehört zu seinem ganz eigenen, großartigen Charakter. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen, vor allem den Ausblick von der Turmplattform. Wo sonst sieht man vom Haus die Sonne im Meer aufgehen - und im Meer wieder versinken. Das tut sie besonders schön bei einem Glas Vermentino frizzante. Hoch das Glas auf diesen tollen Turm!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenbereich mit Veranda, Bepflanzung, Rasen und Grillstelle wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Fiorella ist eine tolle und super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Auch wenn sie kein Englisch spricht konnte man sich gut mit ihr verständigen. Beim Check in hat uns ihre Freundin Laura in Empfang genommen, die super englisch spricht und uns auch tolle Empfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super und direkt am Strand. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustüre vorhanden. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Was evtl. modernisiert werden könnte ist das Bettgestell und die Matratze. Die Gefrierfachklappe müsste ausgetauscht werden, da der Griff abgebrochen war. Auch der Duschschlauch sollte überprüft werden, da dort Wasser aus der Wand spritze. Ansonsten war alles super und wir hatten alles was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchten. Vielen Dank Fiorella für die schöne Zeit die wir bei dir hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Süße Stadt mit netten Lokalen. Strand fußläufig. Capo Testa ist schnell erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren 4 Tage bei Luigi! Unterkunft ist top und wie von uns erwartet. Alessandro war sofort zur Stelle um ein winziges Problemchen zu lösen . In allen Punkten empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Appartamento carino e pulito. Posizione ottimale a 1 min a piedi dalla spiaggia con terrazza vista mare. Zona tranquilla e parcheggio auto. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar: 2 Fußminuten vom wunderschönen Strand weg, Traumblick über die Bucht, mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei anderen schönen Stränden und Städtchen. Einrichtung praktisch, genug Decken und Kissen vorhanden, in der Küche haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt anders als in der Ankündigung , aber nichts Dramatisches. Raffaele vor Ort hat uns betreut und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Nachts war es wunderbar ruhig, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal und die Terasse ist ein großzügiger zusätzlicher Wohnraum, den wir für Yoga, Tanzen und Faulsein gut genutzt haben. 2 Liegen zusätzlich wären toll. Fantastisch, dass Moskitogitter vor allen Fenstern waren und die große Dusche im Bad bekommt eine extragute Note!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Christiano’s place, perfect spot as a base for some cycling, the apartment had everything we needed and a great sunset view. Christiano was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thanks 🙏🏻

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Federica je úžasná , přátelská, ochotná vždy pomoci. Nádherne prostředí plně kvetin, velmi příjemny, vkusně zařízeny apartmán s božskou teresou s pohodlnou posteli. Citila jsem se jako doma. Velice krásný a přátelský přístup i k mému čtyřnohému společníkovi. 🙂 Mile bylo po příjezdu na mne čekala láhev vychlazené vody v lednici. obchod pár kroků. Federica mi doporučila i kde koupit vybornou zmrzlinu. Toto ubytování vřele doporucuji. Doufám,že se do této oázy klidu s milými lidmi zase vrátím. Srdecne zdravím🌸

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Très joli logement à la décoration sarde, correspondant bien aux photos. Il y a une climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et un ventilateur au plafond de la chambre. Il n'y a pas forcément de place de parking devant la porte mais dans les rues avoisinantes

Wir waren für drei Nächte auf La Maddalena und die Unterkunft war großartig. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Ausblick von der Terasse. Der Check-In,Check-Out und die Kommunikation verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Ein fester und sicherer Parkplatz war ebenfalls da. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch sehr gut kochen konnte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir auf La Maddalena sind!

Logement très bien situé avec vue imprenable sur le port qui permet de se déplacer à pieds dans le quartier animé. Idéal pour un week-end car logement non équipé de cuisine ( juste un frigo). Hôte réactive et disponible si besoin. Je recommande fortement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf La Maddalena. Die Wohnung von Francesco ist modern eingerichtet und komfortabel ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit beeindruckendem Blick auf das Meer. Der Ortskern von La Maddalena ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten oder zu Fuß in etwa einer guten viertel Stunde erreichbar. Für Ruhesuchende ist die Wohnung aber vielleicht nicht die beste Option, da sie direkt gegenüber einer Pizzeria liegt und dadurch (trotz der ansonsten abgelegenen und ruhigen Lage) bis spät abends immer eine gewisse Geschäftigkeit direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster herrscht. Abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war klar und perfekt und er hatte auch viele nützliche Tipps für uns.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fedele und seiner Frau begrüßt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es gab sogar Wasser bei der Ankunft. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind bzw. 3 Erwachsene. Der dazugehörige Hof war auch schön groß und wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt. Fedele meldet sich bei Fragen auch immer zeitnah zurück oder gibt Tipps. Man ist in 2-3 Minuten im Ort mit vielen Restaurants und auch der Strand ust fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für unsere Tochter war es ein Highlight, dass die beiden Katzen der Besitzer immer mal wieder auf die Terrasse kamen. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Très agréable séjour dans ce cottage chaleureux où l’on se sent tout de suite chez soi! Confort, calme, belle vue pour se ressourcer. Il y a toutes les commodités au sein du logement à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Très bon emplacement pour rejoindre rapidement de superbes criques ainsi que l’île de la Maddalena. Nous recommençons ce logement les yeux fermé!
