Holiday rentals with a patio in Maddalena archipelago

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und der Sitzplatz ist sehr gemütlich.

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at Christiano’s place, perfect spot as a base for some cycling, the apartment had everything we needed and a great sunset view. Christiano was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thanks 🙏🏻

Très joli logement à la décoration sarde, correspondant bien aux photos. Il y a une climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et un ventilateur au plafond de la chambre. Il n'y a pas forcément de place de parking devant la porte mais dans les rues avoisinantes

Location perfetta per la mia famiglia composta da me, la mia compagna e nostra figlia di 2anni. La casa è molto bella, nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort, in una zona tranquilla, molto curata, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Laconia (attraversando la strada eravamo sul lungomare) e a pochi minuti di auto da una serie di spiagge meravigliose (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina e Monica sono state molto gentili facendoci trovare un pensiero al nostro arrivo e regalandoci dei biscotti alla partenza. Mi auguro di tornarci.

Apartamento maravilhoso, com tudo o necessários para passar uma estadia confortável. O apartamento fica localizado numa urbanização muito tranquila dentro de um condomínio privado. Se tiver um carro terá estacionamento sempre por perto. Terá um terraço maravilhoso com acesso direto à piscina comum. De destacar a excelente limpeza do apartamento. O Danilo foi muito simpático, responsivo e paciente mesmo quando tivemos que fazer um check-in mais tardio. Em geral gostamos muito da nossa estadia e certamente voltaríamos.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war gut ausgestattet. Angela war immer schnell erreichbar und konnte auch ein technisches Problem sehr schnell lösen. Man sollte ein Auto haben aber dann ist man sehr schnell an schönen Stränden und in der Stadt Olbia. Für uns war es perfekt.

Christophe est très réactif et soucieux du bien être des vacanciers, ce qui est rassurant. Tout était nickel, l'équipement répertorié correspond à la réalité. L'apparement laisse le loisir de promener et d'accéder au port à pied, très pratique. Commerce à pied également.

Super séjour dans le logement de Maria, qui est d’ailleurs une hôte très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande ce logement si vous recherchez un endroit tranquille à la campagne pour vous reposer.

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Do not hesitate - stay at Agostino’s place! The views are stunning, Agostino and his daughter are super friendly and helpful, the house is really comfy and there is so much to do nearby! You definitely need a car and the road up to the house is an adventure (but we managed it in our massive van so in a car you’ll be fine!) and be sure to walk to both beaches (Cala Sarraina and the private one along the path behind the house). The nearest supermarket is 30min away (Eurostar towards Santa Teresa) so stock up! The kitchen is perfect for preparing all of the delicious local products. All-in-all an amazing place!

La estancia contaba con todas las amenidades mencionadas en el anuncio. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de la solicitada! Era el espacio que necesitábamos!

Le logement de Mirella offre une vue imprenable et magnifique sur la baie d Olbia . Nous se sommes restés qu une nuit mais nous avons pu apprécié la propreté et la mise à disposition les équipements de ce logement. Vous serez accueilli chaleureusement par Mirella une hôte disponible,d une grande gentillesse et qui aime faire plaisir à ses voyageurs...une surprise gourmande nous attendait...nous pouvons que recommander ce logement ..merci Mirella.

Alles super, Sara ist sehr nett und kümmert sich. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber ! Die Häuser stehen näher aneinander als das man es auf den Fotos sieht aber das stört gar nicht. Es ist ruhig und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Esperienza eccezionale! Ancora prima della prenotazione, l’host si è dimostrato fin da subito gentilissimo nel fornirmi informazioni riguardo l’alloggio. Ho vissuto nella casa di Jana per due settimane e mi sono trovato benissimo. L’alloggio era pulitissimo e l’accoglienza impeccabile. In un paio di occasioni ho dovuto contattare l’host per alcune domande e ho subito ricevuto risposta, con chiarezza e gentilezza. Farò riferimento a questo alloggio ogni volta che avrò modo di tornare a Porto Pollo.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Unterkunft von Tom und Johanna! Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt – mit einem schönen Pool, vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem riesigen Tisch im Freien, an dem wir wunderbare Abende mit der ganzen Familie verbringen konnten. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Tom war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets schnell in der Kommunikation. Wichtig zu wissen: Ein Auto ist notwendig, um die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Am besten eignet sich ein kleineres Fahrzeug, da das Tor zur Einfahrt recht eng ist und wenig Platz zum Einschlagen bietet. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und Komfort suchen!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Notre séjour d’une semaine dans ce bel appartement s’est très bien passé, il y avait tout le nécessaire charlotte est super, répond très rapidement si besoin, elle est aussi arrangeante au niveau des horaires si cela est possible évidemment ! Elle était présente à notre arrivée et à notre départ c’est bien plus agréable qu’une boîte à clés ! Appartement très proche du port (3mn à pied) avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques, d’un Spar (en bas de l’immeuble) et avec une place de parking ce qui est un vrai plus 👍 Il est agréable de prendre un verre ou de manger sur le balcon, c’est une rue passante mais en même temps on est au cœur de Bonifacio …. Nous gardons l’adresse au cas où 😊

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Отличный дом, очень уютный. Понравился дизайн интерьера. Очень чисто. Просторная терраса. Хозяин оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы. Отправил много мест, где купить продукты, где поесть. Думаю, что мы вернемся туда снова.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Die Unterkunft von Vittorio liegt perfekt zum Strand, ist sehr schön liebevoll eingerichtet und mit und eigener überdachter Terrasse und kleinem schönen Garten zum sitzen und grillen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Vittorio und seine Wohnung sehr empfehlen
