It is very clean and quiet The location is near the Marigondon 4-way intersection, and there is 1 room on the 1st floor and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor in the main building. It has a large living room on the 1st and 2nd floor. In the evening, the swimming pool is attractive with very pretty lights, and there are 3 house helpers, and it is safe, and the night lights and landscaping are harmonized, so it is very pretty at night. It is a private pool villa that is not sensitive to the noise of guests, and there are two rooms in the separate building on the first floor, so it is preferred by many family guests. It's great for a Lechon party and barbecue in a very large garden. There is a Filipino-style pavilion and an open garden, so there is no frustration. If you use it with the Sunny Pool Villa next door, you can use it as 9 rooms, and if you open the door in the middle, it becomes one house. Helpers are located in the building next to the main gate, so you can enter and exit at any time. We provide free barbecue grills, help with table settings, and provide free laundry services.
