I have stayed in this Condo 4 times, great place, and well equipped for a long stay. Susan and Arlene do everything to make my stay the best.

It was a great stay. The room and CR was really clean and tidy. I'm so happy they provided us with towels and there was an area we could dry our clothes. The host is very responsive and kind too. Another thing is that, I personally like the location because it was near to many shops especiall convenience store, bakeshop, market, restaurants and more. Overall, me and my sister really like the place.

I had my second stay at Eugenie's condo. As before, everything is excellent. The view is as good as it gets anywhere in Cebu or Lapu Lapu. View and apartment are better than anything I have experienced in Mactan Newtown. I was allowed to check out a few hours later because my plane departed late in the afternoon.

The property is exquisite. It exceeded my expectations. Love the clean design of the unit and property amenities. Worth to book for a relaxing vacation. George is super accommodating and easy to talk to. They made sure everything was in order and went out of their way to make sure we have a fun experience. Thank you!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Had a great stay with Ms. Evangeline's property. The unit is very spacious with 3 bedrooms each with comfort room. Fully furnished with new appliances and furnitures. Perfect for group of 6-8 pax. Will definitely go back or recommend this place.

The view is so nice! The swimming pool is nice and due to the nature of the area Everything was good except for the weak water pressure.

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Andy is a great host and is responsive. Breezy check-in and no hassles during my 2 nights stay. All appliances in the room are in great condition. Overall, it was an amazing short stay.

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Excellent communication and great location. Quickly resolved a Wifi outage (not due to anything w the unit). Hard working manager/contact person. Only negative is that the furnishings are dated for price charged, recommend replacing the sofa especially . Well managed unit and pleased overall.
