Villa holiday rentals in Central Visayas

comfortable; spacious; fast internet; ac was a bit noisy but otherwise everything was good; good restaurants about a 15min walk; gated community so it's very safe and we felt comfortable walking the streets at night to get to the restaurants; big jug of filtered water provided which was very convenient; finally, Edna was so friendly/hospitable and she was waiting at the gate to welcome us at 9pm

Beautifull place to stay in when you are in Bohol/panglao. Its located centrally with lots of restaurants and beaches in the neighbourhood. The house was very clean. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.

Our family had an amazing stay! The property is huge with so many amenities to enjoy—games, sports, swim. The kids especially had a blast, with so much space to play. The host and caretakers were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The area felt very secure with a guard on site, which added extra peace of mind. It was also wonderfully peaceful and quiet, the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for families!

I expected to have a peaceful short vacation with family, with all the amenities offered by the villa. However, we got more than we expected. Aside from the beauty offered by nature and the villa itself, the accommodation was truly comfortable, and the staff, especially the caretaker, were very friendly and accommodating. The space is clean, and the place offered various of things you can do to chill and relax. My kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. My husband and I enjoyed just relaxing, watching over our children, as we enjoyed the beautiful view of nature. There was also a bonfire which we enjoyed at night. We also got to sing our hearts out with the provided videoke. I am truly happy and more than satisfied. I celebrated my birthday there and I am really more grateful. My family loves to go back. We will definitely go back and book more days. Thank you so much, for the fun and memorable experience. ❤️ May God bless you more, including your staff. They are all very welcoming.

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. Everything was amazing. Our hosts were super kind, quick to respond, and helped us with any needs like shuttle service from airport. The staff at the house were very friendly and always there to help. They gave helpful recommendations for things to do and how to get there. They also made delicious breakfasts, and accommodated some of our food requests including trying to feed our picky 6 year old son. The pool was the center of the attention at the house and we enjoyed cooling off morning, midday, or in the evening. The location is great, a quick ride into the busy Alona area or a quick ride out to more quiet places of the island. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

VILLA ON A CLIFF is a large resort with beautiful views of the ocean & surrounding islands, One of the highlights of the property as shown in the pictures is the infinity pool that hangs over the edge of the property above the ocean. Its a wonderful location to just hangout and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves crash against the rocks beneath, The villia is well suited for large groups because of the available space, additional villas, Its a private location, no neighbors on either side. Fay and hosts Leneh & Ricard were extremely responsive and helpful from our first contact, Fay facilitate a change in our arrivel date without any hassle. I had asked some help for Kay to arrange a private dinner date for my wife and I on our anniversary, So Kay & Leneh arranged a dinner reservation at a bueatiful local restaurant, where our table was located in a tree house, amazing experience. Thank you Fay, Leneh, Ricard for all the wonderful memories, I Highly recommend this resort.

This is one of the most superb experience in our stay in various Airbnb. The house, location, the sea, the sand! Everything perfect. We couldn’t ask for more. It is not a place one could describe sufficiently; it is something to be experienced. My husband together with our8 guests were pleased, delighted and totally impressed. We look forward to returning soon with our children and grandchildren.

Feel like a billionaire in your private resort with an excellent staff and outstanding in-house catering! The food is out of this world, and they accommodated my wife’s gluten free diet. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely house. Everybody is very helpful and always available. Only thing is, if you want to book any activity or taxi from cebu, try booking it on your own and not through them. Huge price difference for the same services and experiences. We did this mistake and booked few things from them, and later when we got to know the real prices, it was shocking.

This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

This Airbnb was perfect for a group of friends and family to gather. Lucy, Jennifer and Erik were the groundskeepers and always available if needed anything. They all spoke English well and understood our needs. The house was beautiful and not to mention the reef outside the beach was amazing. My friends and I were snorkeled right in front of the house and saw a sea turtles,urchins, sea cucumbers, Nemo’s and lemon drops. The visibility was clear and the ocean was calm. The house itself was clean. We cooked every night, supported by the local grocery store just a few miles down the street. We were not only impressed by the groundskeepers,but the community of locals. We stopped by a local karaoke and was welcomed into their home to sing and dance. It was beyond our expectations. We felt safe in this community. Erik even played basketball with us and pool. I am beyond grateful for this experience as the people were so incredibly nice to us. I hope to come back in the future. Well done!!!!

The place is big enough to accomodate big groups and has ample space for activities such as games for team building. Place is fully equipped for cooking, has ref, freezer, etc. Though the rooms share only one T&B, there are plenty of other T&B located wkthin the property.

We celebrated in advance my son's birthday and his cousin's birthday with my family and relatives. We all enjoyed our stay with exclusive stay in the entire resort. The easy access to the pool and sea was amazing. Jonah is a responsive Host who answered every little detail of my inquiries. The staffs are friendly and accommodating as well. We surely be booking again in the future 😊.

With family in Mansaligan, this place was very convenient. It felt relaxed and safe. The house is spacious and we were comfortable. We used the pool everyday which was a big plus. The living area is a good size. Each bedroom had its own AC so each person could set for their comfort level.
