Luxurious Condotel by the Ocean - Cebu, Mactan

Arterra Hotel and Resort offers a stunning, panoramic view of the ocean. It's only a 20 minute drive away from the airport! I own several rooms in the amazing Arterra Residences. I am based in London so would like to rent my rooms out to guests visiting this beautiful island! Each room accommodates 2 adults and 2 children below 10 years old only. For 3 or 4 adults see ‘other details to note’ section. It'll be much cheaper to book a room through me rather than directly with the hotel.

This comfortable and lovely 1BR Suite is your home away from home. Located on the high floor where you will find peace and tranquility, watching the sunrise and sunset in your own private patio. The patio has a view of the sea and lush greenery. All furnitures were meticulously picked and thoughtfully arranged to provide a homey feeling to all our guests. It is also equipped with high-speed internet, 55" smart TV in the living room, 43" in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen.
