Apartment holiday rentals in Maccarese

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Absolutely Worth the Climb! If you can manage the stairs (it’s a top-floor walk-up, so be ready for a bit of a workout—especially with heavy luggage), you absolutely won’t regret staying in this apartment. The space is beautifully laid out with a surprisingly spacious bathroom—finally room for two, and the shower cubicle was at least 1200x1000mm, which felt like a luxury after other stays in Italy! The private balcony is a dream: secluded, quiet, and shaded after midday—perfect for escaping the Rome heat while enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. Speaking of which, there’s a Nespresso machine, and the air conditioning actually works! Huge bonus in the summer. The apartment is incredibly quiet and private, a true refuge from the noise and crowds of the city. Yet you're right in the heart of it all—walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and high-end shopping like Louis Vuitton. To top it off, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our entire Italy

Michela and Stefano are perfect hosts who are always available and even more. The house is very clean in a great and quiet location 5 minutes by car from the sea and 2 minutes' walk from the supermarket, as soon as you enter you immediately feel at home. We will surely return to stay with them with great pleasure.

Very kind host, responded to my questions in a very short time. Easy check-in with a video illustration. Neat, clean, well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. Located in a quiet area, close to the train station, shopping center, and taxis nearby. I can recommend it to everyone!! We had a perfect weekend there

The perfect Airbnb before an early flight out of Rome Airport. Lorenzo is an incredible and responsive host. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to walk to get pizza and gelato. Highly recommend!

Francesca’s apartment overlooking the Forum was memorable! The view is stunning- both during the day and at night. It is centrally located for visiting the top destinations in Rome. Francesca is very proactive in dealing with guests. She anticipated our needs and desires before we even had a chance to voice them. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Toiletries, coffee, condiments, hairdryer and iron in addition to lovely linens. She has thought of everything for her guests’ comfort. A first class experience!

Fantastic and super friendly host. Excellent location near the airport including an airport shuttle service a few feet away (which was told to me by the host 🤩). Gorgeous, modern minimalistic design (my fav) with an incredibly chill and relaxing balcony. You may hear some airplanes, but that is expected as you are right near the airport. Incredible place and fantastic rate.

We had a great stay at this cute apartment in Fiumicino, close to airport and easy to reach the Rome by train – perfect for our family! Everything was very cosy. This was an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. We truly felt at home and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Lucia’s place was absolutely wonderful -- everything we were hoping for and more! Lucia's place was just steps from the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Pantheon, the location was perfect! Despite being in the heart of all the action, the apartment was quiet and peaceful at night. Lucia provided clear check-in instructions and kindly offered to help arrange transportation if needed. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Rome -- it truly exceeded our expectations!

Great apartment near the airport and downtown Fiumicino with lots of restaurants nearby. Ideal for a night stop-over in Rome! Highly recommended!

Very difficult place to get to, buses don't stop nearby, to get there you can only use Uber or taxi and so it's very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Stayed for one night before our flight out of Rome. Very close to the airport, clean, nicely furnished.

Everything was fine ,Erika was very good host ,everything was as described ,clean appartment ,friendly neighborhood,a bit far from city center but very good conected with public transport during the whole day . Overall i was very satisfied with staying.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed at this property and had a really good time. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.
