Apartment holiday rentals in Maccarese

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Esperienza a dir poco PERFETTA!! Le informazioni fornite da Alessia prima dell’arrivo sono state chiare, precise e puntuali. Una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato un appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo. Il letto era comodissimo e gli asciugamano erano addirittura profumati. È stato davvero apprezzato il fatto di aver trovato pure delle bottigliette d’acqua appena arrivati. Posizione perfetta sia per chi non vuole alloggiare vicino l’aeroporto ma anche per chi deve recarsi alla fiera di Roma. Soggiorno impeccabile!!

Siamo ritornati dopo un anno e come da aspettative ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonio e la moglie ottime persone, ti fanno sentire a casa. Anche la posizione è ottima soprattuto per chi si vuole spostare in treno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetto....provare per credere.

Very kind host, responded to my questions in a very short time. Easy check-in with a video illustration. Neat, clean, well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. Located in a quiet area, close to the train station, shopping center, and taxis nearby. I can recommend it to everyone!! We had a perfect weekend there

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Fantastic and super friendly host. Excellent location near the airport including an airport shuttle service a few feet away (which was told to me by the host 🤩). Gorgeous, modern minimalistic design (my fav) with an incredibly chill and relaxing balcony. You may hear some airplanes, but that is expected as you are right near the airport. Incredible place and fantastic rate.

El departamento es muy lindo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila, relajante y poder descanzar despues de uno o varios tours por Roma o por la Ciudad de Fiumicino. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto y con muchas opciones para viajar a Roma. También hay varios clubes de playa con albercas al aire libre, buenos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Federico es un excelente anfitrión, siempre estuvo atento y contestando mis mensajes. Muchas gracias, Federico :)

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

We hadden deze locatie geboekt met 5 volwassenen waaronder mijn ouders van rond de 85. Het was echt de perfecte locatie. Centrale ligging, aan zee, parkeren voor de deur, ruime woonkamer, fijne slaapkamers en een keuken die ook van alle gemakken voorzien was. We hebben heerlijk genoten van het fantastische ruime balkon met uitzicht op de boulevard en zee. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

We absolutely loved staying her. Caterina was a gracious and welcoming host. Very easy to get around and has quite a few local restraunts and cafes worth going to.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.
