Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mableton

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

We were the first ones to book her place. The house is old, but it has its charm and is beautifully furnished. Tulie was an excellent hostess, answering any questions we had and responsive to any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week stay. Ricardo was extremely responsive and helpful from the very beginning especially with our last minute booking. the entire unit is very cozy with ample amount of storage for your things. the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots, seasonings etc. I loved the garden area seating too, especially in the early morning. we had a small issue and Ricardo resolved it straight away which I greatly appreciate. one thing for sure, bring mosquito spray if you want to sit outside lol. other than that I would definitely recommend this unit to everyone and if I need to come back I would book this place again, especially if you're looking for a quiet getaway, close but also tucked away from the city.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The house was beautiful, and I particularly loved the interior design and arrangement of the spaces. It was so comfortable that we all felt right at home and truly relaxed. Marc, Anja, and Ingo were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would absolutely love to book this home again in the future!

Must stay at Paul’s residence was very nice. The area was so peaceful. The house is really nice and comfortable. A lot of things to do around not far from the place. My family also enjoy it.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Was in town for a couple of nights and just needed a place to rest. beautiful interior and made me feel at peace and welcome by checking in and making sure everything is ok
