We really enjoyed this stay! The space was great with everything as described and had everything we needed. It’s a great walkable neighborhood with a market, cute breakfast spot, and the park and zoo all within 10 minutes. As the description says, the space is in the basement of the house, therefore voices and sounds are very easily heard but we generally had no issues with this. The bed was a bit softer than what we’re used to so we didn’t get the best sleep, but that’s just us, and still would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times while in town for business, and it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but nothing compares to the warmth and comfort of this spot. The cozy atmosphere, large window overlooking the charming neighborhood, and peaceful garden outside make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Heather, the host, is incredible – the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She’s attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her space. I only wish every host could be as thoughtful and accommodating as Heather. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just another stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sandy Springs, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive—making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rental itself was exactly as pictured online—thoughtfully designed, perfectly apportioned, and extremely comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home. The location was equally impressive. Nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, the property offered both peace and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Sandy Springs. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all just minutes away, making it an ideal home base for our weekend getaway. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return!

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

Another banger place to keep on my list for Atlanta & you should too! Accommodating, Nice spaces for parking, peaceful neighborhood, Its all there. Do not skip a beat if you come across this listing. Host is amazing and ready to address any problems if you need. P.s. IF YOU WHERE SOCKS INSIDE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE WOOD FLOORS LOL.

This was a great place for a family of 6. Everything was set up very conveniently and we didn't lack anything. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the farm like atmosphere.

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

We loved our short stay for Summerfest! The space was SO clean and had every thing we needed. The bed was really comfy, too. So much better than a hotel. Also the hosts were really communicative and gave me a local restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

This was my second stay at Victoria and Ryan's place and I remember why I was pleased with this accommodation. They have added some things to the place since my first stay. They have added a shower shelf for storage and shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispenser in the shower as well. They have also provided quick little meals, drinks, and snacks in the coffee bar (oatmeal, ramen, mac and cheese, Gatorade, etc). they also provided me with plates which I used for the food I brought for my stay. This was a great stay again and I will remember this place for future trips to the area.

Richard is a super host! I stayed in Atlanta for 5 nights and it was absolutely relaxing and well taken care of. Richard was there to ensure i had no issue checking in at 1.00 am in the night. I forgot my passport at the Airbnb and when I messaged him, he just took care of the entire thing and made me feel someone has my back. I would highly recommend. The room is large, private bathroom, greenery all around, huge storage area so if you are travelling with lot of luggage - this is a perfect stay for you. Will come back when i am in Atlanta

I had been away from Atlanta for many years, and staying at Darrie’s place was like having a home away from home. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. I did many walks in the area for food and necessities (Whole Foods), for coffee, and to explore the beautiful neighborhood. Darrie was a great host… always responsive in communication, and gives plenty of notice of what was needed of me. If or when I return to Atlanta, One of Darrie’s properties will be searched first on my list. Thanks Darrie for you being you!!! Ht.

Place was exactly as listed in the pictures. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was wonderful to be able to come back, relax and fix meals. Check in was beyond easy! Actually, everything was easy. We have already recommended to other baseball families. Pool was really pretty and quiet but it had just rained so the mosquitoes were pretty intense! Other than that it was great. Host was also so responsive!

Great place! I stayed here for a baseball tournament. It’s a great location between East Cobb, Lakepoint, and Atlanta where my son stayed with his team. It allowed me to easily get to all locations. Faith communicates well and was flexible as our schedule changed a bit. Guest house 2 is small but was perfect size for me to work remote in between games. (Son mostly stays with his team but I did give him the bed and I took the twin pullout since he is 6’4” :). She was quick to resolve an internet issue and I had no other trouble all week. It’s very quiet and the main house is extremely nice and neat around it. The guest house was clean and the area is safe. I walked in the neighborhood morning and evening. Check in was very easy. I am staying again in a few weeks. Faith and her husband are also very kind as I chatted with them a bit. She also offered more supplies to get me thru the long stay. I had people above me and there was no disruption with that at all! Thank you Faith

David has a very nice place both spacious and very clean. The porch is lovely. Definitely a great find when staying in the Edgewood.
