Warm welcome to Faraday and some good local information from Anthony. The apartment is in a great location with parking outside the door. Easy to find according to instructions and use of keybox. Great for walking to Verdant Brewery Tap, catching the train into Falmouth or popping to the Seasalt sale shop which are all minutes away. A quiet area with great views over Falmouth and easy access to many places worth a visit like Trebah Gardens, St Mawes, Marazion and many other great places and beaches. We could have stayed longer and explored further! I would heartily recommend a stay at Faraday for your holiday as it has all you need and would be very happy to have the opportunity to stay again. My husband and I and our adult daughter had 3 wonderful days at Riverview. The photos and description on the Airbnb site are accurate but don’t really do it justice. The apartment is modern, bright with every room having a stunning view. The balcony is huge and it is bathed in sunlight up until about midday. It was a pleasure sitting on the deck having Bkfst or sitting in the evening with a drink enjoying the view and sounds of the birds. There is an allocated off road carpark. The apartment is below road level so there is a flight of stairs to go down, which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The owners of the apartment live in the apartment above. We never heard them walking around. We did meet them on the street and they are an extremely friendly couple. Highly recommend the walking tour “Falmouth Uncovered” with Will. Highly informative and entertaining. Will is a real character and was the highlight of our day in Falmouth. Highly recommend “Riverview”.

Lovely property in a beautiful position. All amenities as described and very well equipped. Extremely quiet, but still very convenient for Falmouth. Richard and Hellen very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very good centre for exploring this part of Cornwall, but be aware of the 20mph limits in every village, even on some A roads! Stunning grounds to the cottages, lovely to have use of the meadow, etc. Husband even managed to have his morning jogs around the meadow! Visits from a baby bunny as well. Would definitely recommend the cottage and would book again if we came down here in the future.
