It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.

Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.
