A child-friendly beach is located about 150 m from the house, where you can swim, play and enjoy the view of the Aarhus Bay. Three rooms: 5-6 people. A smaller but well-functioning kitchen. Enclosed garden, covered terrace with gas barbecue. The area has great opportunities for walking and cycling. By car, there is easy access to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft, Aarhus and Djursland. The perfect family house for 4 adults or a family with 2-3 children. Or 2 who just want to relax in inspiring surroundings. hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.
