Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Barely 10 kilometers north of Lysekil's summer pulse, this well-protected accommodation is barely 10 minutes' walk from the water's edge or about 15 minutes' walk down to Skalhamn's village and harbor. In a super fresh and newly built apartment of about 55 sqm on top of our new garage, you will find all the comforts with proximity to Bohuslän's most beautiful archipelago. In 20 minutes, you can walk down to Bastevik's modern marina with its popular pub and restaurant.

Welcome to my little paradise. Accommodation close to nature with both the sea and animal/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Rörvik Östergård

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Here you live in one of Kungshamn's coziest cottages! Close to everything, 200 meters to the harbor, 100 meters to grocery store, restaurants and shops. The cabin is located on a quiet and peaceful street. Cozy patios and high cozy factor indoors. 6 beds are available in the sleeping loft (not free standing height) but you can also sleep 2 people in the sofa bed on v 1. Most amenities are available, just bring sheets, duvet and pillows are there. Swimming areas are within an 8-10 minute walk.

Gullmarsfjorden Cabin

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Med närhet till salta bad i gullmarsfjorden, härliga dagar på terrassen och ljuvliga kvällsdopp i spabadet. Huset ligger endast 15 minuter från e6:an och torp köpcentrum. Fossen camping (15/4 - 15/9) ligger i närheten, här finns kiosk och lekplats. Det är också dit man går och badar, flertalet badvikar finns, med både klippbad och en liten sandstrand samt bad från brygga. Promenad på 5-7 minuter från ytterdörr till vattenbryn

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful place. On the veranda, you can relax and look out over the horse pastures and enjoy the greenery. The cottage is located a few minutes drive from swimming in Gullmarsfjorden and about 10 minutes drive to the North Sea. It is also close to several good climbing opportunities. It takes 10 minutes by car to Lysekil with everything you can find there in terms of entertainment and good food, etc.
