Charming newly-renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra Hamnen. Here you live within walking distance of swimming, restaurants and the promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live on the ground floor (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay should be quiet and pleasant.

Accommodation with proximity to everything. Park your car for a week and enjoy the proximity to a bakery, swimming, padel, mini golf, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our cottage is right in the centre, within walking distance of everything the city has to offer! There's a kitchen, living room, toilet and shower, and a bedroom downstairs. The loft bedroom has three beds. Please note that there is no standing room for adults here. However, it is usually very much appreciated by our younger guests. Private back with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Bring linens and towels.

Take a morning swim, watch the sunset from the cliffs or in the swimming bay. Buy fresh seafood or why not fish your own dinner! The sea provides dramatic views in all weather, all year round! Fantastic views of the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the Bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Island get away. 18 m2 cozy Tiny (guest)House the middle of the archipelago. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

House Vrångebäck, Brodalen, Lysekil

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för upp till tre personer över 12 år. Lägenheten är helt allergivänlig.

Get easy access to everything from this perfectly-located home. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city center, where there are shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Also walking distance to swimming in about 5-10 minutes. Only a 5-minute walk to Gullmarsborg (Ice rink), perfect accommodation during the figure skating school and Hockey school.

Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed. Välkomna till vår mysiga och genuina lägenhet med närhet till naturen. Lägenheten har egen ingång med separat uteplats. Lägenheten ligger bara några 100 m från naturreservat men fantastiska promenadupplevelser vid havet. Parkeringsmöjlighet finns precis bredvid lägenheten för en bil.

Ett mysigt litet hus! Gångavstånd till allt som Lysekil har att erbjuda! Nära till matbutik och busstation och gratisparkering väldigt nära. En liten trädgård där ni kan njuta av en kaffe. Hade tidigare ett väldigt gammalt badrum men har precis renoverat det under 2022.
