Holiday accommodation in Väjern, a stone's throw from both Smögen and Kungshamn, with sea views. Walking distance to the sea and swimming spots, restaurants and exercise tracks. 10 beds (1 double bed, 2 x 120 cm beds, 1 bunk bed with room for three, 1 x 90 cm bed and a sofa bed with room for two.) Parking for 2–3 cars, depending on size. Fridge and some space in the freezer, washing machine and dryer, plus Wi-Fi. There is access to a pool house (space for 9–10 people), a trampoline, a playhouse, a large veranda deck, outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

You are welcome to rent our fantastic villa just outside Kungshamn/Smögen during the summer. There are 7 beds and 6 places to sleep spread across 3 sofa beds. So, a total of 13 beds. We have a large terrace pool that can accommodate 12-14 people, heated to 38 degrees. There is also a charger for your electric car that you can borrow at no extra cost. In the garage, we have a hobby room where you have access to a gym, table tennis, darts, etc. The garden is surrounded by a fence and has lots of fun things for the children to play with.

In this villa, you are close to nature, several different swimming spots, shops, restaurants, and the center of Lysekil! On the balcony, there is sun from early morning to late at night. There is a heated pool of about 25-30 degrees, as well as the possibility to barbecue and eat dinners outdoors. At the back of the house, there is a lawn perfect for play, as well as a trampoline. There is also a paved patio where you can eat your breakfast in the morning sun, as well as sit in the shade during the day.

One part of the terrace is covered and has screens and heat in the ceiling, for slightly colder evenings.
