What a wonderful week we had on 30A. The condo was perfect, clean, looks exactly like the photos- its proximity to the big chill, beaches (using the golf cart ) and nearby towns was priceless! It was quiet and peaceful and exceeded our expectations, The beds and pillows were comfortable, clean and perfectly white- The condo was spacious and could accommodate two families easily- We will definitely book Haven on 30a again. It was the perfect vacation, perfect for families- ( there’s a crib in the closet and fans for white noise) Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy the unique life of 30a!!

The photos did it no justice, the house was beautiful. All of the beds were super comfy and clean. One of the best uses was the golf cart, the kiddos loved it. My teenager enjoyed the bike. Being walking distance to the pool and the Big Chill was a major plus with small kids. The pool was amazing and kid friendly as well with plenty of seating area. Having the water hose in the garage was a plus for rinsing off the kids. We didn’t need to purchase any new items thanks to PanHandle! Our balcony was great because it allowed for the adults to enjoy while keeping an eye on the kids. All of the food places we visited were delicious. The Old Fish House and Crackin was superb. The Perfect Pig was really good as well. Our food at Big Chill and Shades was just ok. But the big chill is good for fun times for the kids. The beach was beautiful with many access points to choose from. Deer park is a looonnngg walk but it was the least crowded. I will definitely book again!!

Had an amazing stay here for Spring Break! The house was exactly how it looked in photos and was very clean. Comes stocked with cooking utensils, pans, plates, wine glasses, cups (but no to-go thermoses for coffee), baking pans, etc. The community is across the street from the Big Chill which is great for the kiddos to run around but to be honest the food was pretty underwhelming for the price but I guess they have a captive audience. Panhandle management was super responsive and friendly. The golf cart made it easy to get around and had some free parking passes for use. Tip for those thinking of booking this Airbnb: the house comes with beach chairs and bikes so you don’t have pack your own from home. We would definitely book again!!

This property is absolutely stunning—fairly new, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach, which made for a perfect getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. While there are two assigned parking spots, we found it difficult to maneuver because other guests were parking on the street, which made finding space a bit challenging. Additionally, be prepared for a lot of stairs—if you have heavy bags or limited mobility, it could be a bit of a workout.

Love the property, the only issue is the beach entrances are around 10-15 walk distance, so definitely bike or drive. Other than that will definitely recommend.

This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

We had another great stay on 30A. Our first at this particular property, though we LOVE Prominence. Their amenities and location are hard to beat!

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

We had a wonderful stay here! This place is very clean and exactly as described. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations on things to do. It is in a very convenient location and just a short walk to the community pool. The golf cart is a nice addition and made getting around extremely easy! Highly recommend.

The resort is big. The villa itself is a bit of a walk from the beach but it is walkable and there is a crosswalk to cross the street to get over. There are also trams that pass by every couple minutes that will take you to the beach. The lagoon pool was amazing, the beach was gorgeous, the drinks at the bar were really good. Everything was great. Will be back soon.

Cody's place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! It was very clean, and smelled so good! The location was perfect, which made our walk to the beach literally 1-2 minutes! The beach view from the rooftop was beautiful as well! If you have anyone traveling with you that doesn't do well with stairs, please know that the kitchen and main living area is on the 4th floor! Cody was an amazing host! He responded in less than 5 minutes after receiving my messages! He's the best host we've used thus far! I rate this villa 10/10! If I could rate higher, I would!!

Great place to stay especially for the price! It is just like the pictures but just fyi there are a lot of stairs. Parking is very tight like it mentions but the overflow parking was nice to have! I would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot. Perfect for family’s and very pet friendly. The host was very responsive and everything was spotless, worth every penny. The golf cart was a huge bonus and really just made the trip super convenient! Will definitely be heading back.

Got this place for my sisters 16th birthday and it was a blast!! It was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We enjoyed this beautiful condo so much! It was perfect for our family of 7. Kids loved feeding the turtles outside on the balcony. The beds were comfy, shower was wonderful and layout was perfect. The numerous beach toys provided the kids lots of play time on the beach and in the lagoon pool. Walk to beaches and pools were great, tram was awesome if we didn’t wanna walk. Highly recommend this listing and we would definitely book again!! Thank you for providing a fun first beach vacation for our blended family!!
