With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Perfect for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).
