Proximity to Kvåsfossen with possibility for wild trout fishing. Amazing hiking opportunities summer and winter. Warm yourself on a campfire pan on the mountain outside the cabin. Terraces around large parts of the cabin for those who love to relax in the sun chair. About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

Modern functional house in Viga, Spind, for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is of a high standard. On the ground floor, you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV lounge with a sofa bed, and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and a TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Perfect for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. You live in the middle of nature with forest, birdsong and a botanical diversity. From the water tap you can drink spring water that has a good and fresh taste. You can enjoy a large garden, and pick your own salad and herbs for breakfast. The place has several outdoor seating areas such as a barbecue area/fireplace and pergola. On the plot you can see a saw and a mill from the 19th century powered by hydropower. 1 km from the apartment is freshwater with canoe, fishing, swimming area and lean-to.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of proximity to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Paddle quietly between water lilies, past the beaver lodge – or stay on the deck with a coffee cup, a friend, or a book in the morning sun. Here you will find peace, birdsong and plenty of room for the little pleasures. Poor coverage (thankfully) – but Wi-Fi is available in case of need. 20 min to shops, cafes and city life, and 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. This is the perfect base to go around and experience, or just stay and breathe. It's your choice.

Idyllic Sørland house, close to the beach. The house is sunny with a fantastic view of the lake. Here you will find unique hiking, fishing and swimming opportunities. The house is one of the first to be built on the beach town of Snig. It is a house with a lot of history and soul located along the road to Norway's southern tip Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to a large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia field. As well as barbecue facilities.

Extended/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in southern Norway. Must row over a small lake to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys hovering over the water. There are eagles in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into nature when you are in bed. Guarantee for relaxation! We are considering renting out to people of order some weekends of the year and some weeks in the summer.

The cabin is located in a cultural-historical area from the sailing ship and privateer era. There are good hiking opportunities nearby, proximity to amazing sandy beaches.
