Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Luzon

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, beautiful, and had a very relaxing ambiance. The rooms being right beside the pool was a huge plus, especially for us with kids — it made it so easy to keep an eye on them while they played and swam. The space was generous and well laid out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. Yanna and Jason were amazing hosts — they made sure we had everything we needed and attended to us right away whenever we had questions or requests. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The stay was gorgeous. Beautiful views and only a short drive to olongapo. Little markets and restaurants within the gated community that you could feel safe walking to alone. Overall we had a great time here at this villa.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay! 🩷 The check-in process went smoothly, thanks to Ate Rosie and Kuya Bosing who were both kind and accommodating. The place was clean, well-prepared, and had everything we needed—from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The Airbnb itself looks so nice and clean. I really liked the interior, it gives off cozy, homey vibes and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. It felt like a home away from home. We also really appreciated the extra effort in providing snacks and a creampuff. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! 🥹🩷 We also want to thank Ms. Rose for the clear communication and warm hospitality throughout our stay. We checked out early the next day with no hassle. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! 🥰

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! A wonderful space with many restaurants to visit. Very easy to get local transportation to malls and places. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect room condition, perfect host.

The place is excellent for family gatherings and quick getaway. Great location and helpful staff. I just can’t recommend this place to some senior citizens since it’s full of stairs which they may find difficult climbing.

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

Had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures—clean, minimalist, and super cozy. It’s also in a great location, with malls and shops just a short walk away. Definitely will come back for another stay!

Excellent location. Right in the middle of all the action. The place was a nice break from all of the hotels prior and felt like a nice, clean, homey apartment with a nice balcony view. Definitely one of my new favorite places to stay in Manila. Great hosts too, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

Darin was very helpful and met me outside to help me check in. He even paid for my taxi cab since I didn’t have cash to pay the driver after struggling to take out cash at the ATM! If it’s your first time in Manila, remember to bring cash and change it for local currency at the airport first.

As a frequent visitor to Manila, Ana's apartment has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I've returned many times because of its fantastic location, seamless check-in process, and the cozy, homely atmosphere.
