We had a great stay. The unit is so spacious, clean, and cozy, offering a peaceful atmosphere with a great view. Amenities and complementaries were exactly as described and thoughtfully provided. Parking was convenient, making the experience even smoother. The host was friendly, very accommodating, and highly responsive, ensuring clear instructions throughout. Highly recommended. We'll definitely book again.

The place is very clean and homey, plus we felt relaxed after the long and hot summer drive when we arrived at the unit. Prior check-in, Tes has been a wonderful host, updating us with tips for our stay and reminders on what to prepare. The complete kitchen amenities helped us cook and reheat our own food during our entire stay. Also, there are toys available for my 2-y.o nephew :) I look forward to book with Tes again when we plan our Pico de Loro trip in the future. :)

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

The surrounding area was peaceful, giving us the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days lounging by the pool and exploring the beautiful beach. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Zambales! Can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved this place! The surroundings were stunning—mountains, trees, and flowers everywhere made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The view of the bay was absolutely amazing and added to the relaxing vibe of the whole trip. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our group, made up of two families with little kids, had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed playing the billiards, arcade and board games, and we all had fun watching the big TV which has Netflix and just relaxing together. The house was cozy and ideal for bonding. One thing to note: the stairs are quite steep, so we had to be extra careful, especially when carrying the baby. Just something to keep in mind for families with very young children or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a calm, scenic, and peaceful getaway!

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

Great stay! Next to mall, restaurants and parks so in a very walkable area. Small but didnt feel too small due to the layout - very convenient apartment. A bit wear and tear on a few shelves but nothing that bothered us. First time in Manila but we felt very safe even in the nearby low lit streets at night.

The place was how it was posted and described. 2 beautiful large bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms with hot and cold shower, a full kitchen and dining, a living room, and a spacious veranda for additional dining, hanging clothes, or even just a place to rest and look over the mountains and the lagoon. It was so breezy and cool even if the aircon was turned off. It is closer to the beach than the country club but both are within a few minutes' walking distance. All the staff were polite. P.S. Hats off to Ms. Raquel for going way above and beyond the service she offered our family during our stay. We are extremely grateful for the smooth transaction from the inquiries to the booking, to the assistance during registration on the day itself and during our stay, and even after we have gone home. For the lost and found items, she coordinated and sent them back safely. Overall, our vacation though last minute was very memorable and we can't wait to go back and book here again.
